Nice studio appartment, just perfect. Terrace has morning sun between 9-10 (winter) just in one corner, but this side of the building has no noise from the main street which is on the other side of the building. Beds, towels, kitchen things all fine, thanks. 6th floor.

Loved the apartment. It has everything you could possibly want there, I was very impressed. Also very clean and check in was easy.
Would go back.
Could hear people in the other apartment snoring. I'm a very light sleeper. Ear plugs sorted it though

Excellent View of Mt Teide, the ocean and palm trees. The apartment has an outdoor terrace with table, chairs and loungers, super comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, beautiful pool with separate kiddie area, loungers and umbrellas. Host greeted us, he was very helpful, quick responses. When my wife broke her ankle they located stores for crutches and a pharmacy for meds. We can not thank them enough for their kindness. The building is quiet, restful, well maintained and has an elevator. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and a kiddie park. There is even a night desk clerk. Beautiful birdsong throught the day .

Javier is a very kind host, the apartment, as well as the pool area are extremely clean, from the balcony we had views above the ocean and teide!
We had an amazing stay ☀️
You could hear the cars on the main road, had to keep the windows closed, but with windows shut, you can’t hear a noise!

The apartment was in a lovely quiet area of La Paz, near to many restaurants and cafés, but close to several bus routes to get into town and further afield.
The apartment itself was beautiful. Clean, extremely well-equipped with a wonderful view over the swimming pool and beyond.
The owner, Javier, was extremely helpful and was available very quickly to answer any queries
The only thing we felt could be improved upon was the quality and comfort of the pillows.

Great location, very clean, well appointed and comfortable.
A door for the bedroom would have been better for 2 travelers who didn’t want to stay in the same bedroom.

Our stay in the apartment La Paz was excellent!
The apartment is located in a quite part of Puerto de la Cruz called La Paz. It is close to a nice public park and beautiful botanical garden. It is equipped with everything what one needs for a pleasant refreshing stay and has great balcony with a nice view. Large and clean swimming pool is available in a tropical garden in the apartment complex Molino Blanco.
Our host Javier was very kind and friendly. We are very thankful for his hospitality, and we fully recommend the apartment La Paz to everybody!

A good private apartment equipped everything you need. The pool was excellent!
WiFi worked only in the hall. (Room no 105 has no own internet connection.)

Well equipped, spotlessly clean, great view of Teide from the balcony. Lovely pool and grounds.
It’s a studio, not a one bedroom apartment. A curtain does not turn a bed recess into a room.
Ants!!! If any scrap of food left around in the kitchen there were soon many ants. Not a problem if you are careful. WiFi signal poor and low speed. Area is a long way from the main tourist attractions. Lots of eating places locally but standard was not great.

Very good location in a quiet and residential La Paz area of Puerto de la Cruz. Booked an apartment with a beautiful view of La Orotava valley- on a clear day you can admire the peak of Teide volcano from a balcony, that is also specious and equipped with chairs and sun loungers. The apartment is clean and well equipped- had everything I needed to feel comfortable. Good size pool downstairs in the garden. Easy communication with the host.

Very pleasant place to spend week or more. Great help of Javier, can´t imagine better. Clean and quiet place, appartment fully equipped, cozy. Puerto Cruz is strategical place, if you intend to hike in forests, coastline and mountains. Restaurants and supermarkets just minutes of walk, parking just at door.

Warm welcome, lovely views, comfortable beds, quiet location, plenty of space round the pool... Everything you could possibly need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

A great and very nice cosy appartment with a lot of touchnig details in the interior,
Stunning view from the balcony,
Great swimming pool where it is so nice to swim in the mornings and evenings.
The best restaurants in Porte Cruz are also located near by.
There was some minor problems with the keys picking while checking-in, but it was solved quickly.
Javier is a very nice host and tries to help you with all the problems.
Hope to return here in some time again.
