La posizione era ottima, in quanto il centro era raggiungibile in soli 5/10 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento in sè era molto confortevole e siamo state contente di aver trovato tutto pulito e ben ordinato. Gli asciugamani erano messi a disposizione da loro. L'acqua dal rubinetto era potabile.

Un appartamento particolarmente buio. E' un peccato dover accendere le luci durante la giornata con un sole esterno meraviglioso. Mancano le finestre.

Perfect location and very friendly and caring welcome. It's the very best place to be for the main sites. The Villanova District is lovely. We'd recommend the beautiful square five minutes north-east for relaxed drinks and meals.

The location is so good that more could be made of the ways of reaching other parts of this beautiful city. The bus service in Calgliari is excellent so a bus map would be good as it's easy to reach the beaches and more from nearby bus stops to the apartment. The local bus app is very good.

Excellent apartment for short trips. Fantastic location, just few minutes on foot from the main street but located in quiet area. Place is spotless, well equipped, host friendly and welcoming.

Apartement is realy in old down town. You have everything there.... Bars, restaurants, old buildings, many streets to walk....

The apartment is in a great location, in a pedestrian zone in the old-town of Cagliari. It's equipped with air-conditioning, a TV, refrigerator, and a fully functional kitchen. The host showed me around the apartment, and gave me tips on shopping and restaurants, and the neighborhood in general. And, very kindly, he left some coffee capsules for me! I really enjoyed my stay in Casa Spiga.
