What a beautiful place to spend some relaxing days. Great clean rooms, lovely accommodation, a very warm welcome and an extremely kind host Jared who took care of us on our stay. Even organized a private caterer for the first evening. Absolutely amazing!

There was nothing to complain about. Everything was perfectly organized from the moment we booked - Great correspondence before and after our stay .

Amazing, relaxing holiday experience

Gorgeous villa, I loved that it was so big that our other friends and family staying in the area could come round and have meals with us. Jared was so helpful and a great guy. The staff were so lovely. Absolutely loved it!

This house was perfect for our family reunion. Jared was so accommodating, allowing us to do things at the 23 Geneva The house is huge with plenty of space for the tiny ones(play area in the Garden), teenagers and grown up alike- everyone really gets their own space. The views and sunset from the top deck are sensational not to mention you can see the cable car going up to table mountain. There is a bar and pool table which makes for a great entertaining spot. We had Nazeem(Private Chef recommended by Jared) cooking up storm which made having meals for the group super easy and the food was delicious every night. The house also has a large driveway so multiple cars can park as well. There is a sauna for those that like a bit of r and r as well as table tennis downstairs. The rooms are large with alot of them having a seaview. The cleaners come in daily and did a fantastic job cleaning up after us. I highly recommend 23 Geneva and Jared is just great making everything super easy and efficient. Thank you for making our family fun a truly awesome experience

Great staff, perfect Host. If you need anything, Jared will take care of it and response time is very quick! Also a lot of help in making your trip an excellent experience. A.g. organized a Braai, help during the way through the city due to the Marathon of Cape Town and getting an excellent driver for a wine tour.

4Oth stay!

A very comfortable home which exceeded our expectations. Jared was on hand to provide additional information and services to make our stay very comfortable. The Villa has ample space which we utilised for group dinners and gatherings. A home away from home. We will be booking again for our next visit to Cape Town.

The swimming pool was cold and if heated would accord a much better experience.

Perfect for families and friendship groups staying in Cape Town.

It was a great location with stunning views and an easy walk down to the beach and a supermarket. The owner communicated really well and there were staff that came in every day to clean and even washed all our dirty camping clothes for us! The property also had a pool table and table tennis to keep the kids entertained.

Its a holiday house. My family want to stay inside rather go out.

Excellent Holiday Home. 10/10. Host is very nice. He always in touch with us to know our needs. I will give him 10/10 if rating needs to give. Property facilities are very good. You can enjoy full family in the house with the facilities. Play area, Kids bicycles and swimming fool for kids. Billiards and TT for adults. So much to say. Other thing to mention is maid is available always to assist you.Not only the limits to one everything is good.Everyone enjoyed in our family.

We were a family group of different ages, coming together from various parts of the world. The villa was perfect for us! The pool table, table tennis and swimming pool were all well used and there was plenty of quiet, comfortable spaces for those just wanting to chill with a book. The views are stunning and location is geat. We all had a wonderful week!

Beautiful, spacious house in a prime location with plenty of parking. Grocery stores and beach within walking distance. The host even organized pizzas for us on our first night as our flight was delayed.

Good day Your email and my numerous interactions with the host refer. Amongst unfounded allegations made against me, not only was I undermined and talked over, I am still awaiting the damages report with costs for the alleged damages caused at their property as the damage was there when I checked in. It goes without saying that the host promised me a refund for the one night that I didn't not spend at his property. I stayed away from his rude insults hurled at me for which I have witnessed that effect, putting my travelers on the streets, let alone racial insults hurled at me. Not only is he denying the things he said, he is also denying having said I must send him my account details for a refund. Not only am I a professional, I am a genius member of booking.com because I am well travelled. I would like to be refunded my money for the one night I did not spend at his property urgently. AWESOME!!! My family and I were in awe of the accommodations and we would stay again!!!

The property was just as It was depicted online and even more. Jared was very helpful not only from information about the surrounding area but he was also great at offering a personal chef for us. The house was just as pictured and I would highly recommend this property for location, presentation and the wonderful amenities.

The only issue was workers with early morning yard work but Jared quickly took care of it as soon as I contacted him.
