Einfach wunderbar den Charakter der wunderschönen alten Villa erhalten zu haben und in eine traumhafte Unterkunft gestaltet zu haben. Mit Wehmut abgefahren, gerne einmal laenger. ,

Un emplacement extraordinaire avec une immense terrasse face à la mer. Un appartement très fonctionnel et confortable.

Attention aux petites réparations qu'il convient de faire (four, réfrigérateur, robinets de douche...) et attention à certains manques comme le papier toilette.

La ubicación es perfecta justo delante de la playa y el piso tiene buenas vistas.

El cuarto de baño es muy pequeño y sobre todo la ducha de 24 Cm es muy incomoda. Por otro lado había muchas hormigas que entraron en la cama y hemos tenido que movernos a la otra habitación.

The location of this property was amazing

The place was dirty, there were bugs in the bed, bed was extremely uncomfortable, bathroom was filthy, kitxhen area was dirty, we booked a week, stayed a night and left, the owner didnt care about anything apart from money, save yourself grief and book a decent hotel, this place is disgusting. We couldnt even get a hot shower as after 5 mins the water went cold. Mattress belongs in a skip, very disappointed, strongly suggest you dont book this place

The facility is located in good area in the very close proximity to the beach. It's suitable to accommodate a family of five people. We were travelling with three kids. The room had two balconies with one of them on the roof having spectacular view on the beach! It also has three parking lots so if you reserve it in advance you can avoid paying for parking every two hours.

I believe the host could make just a little bit more affords to make it event better. It's obvious that the rooms are quite used and so literally all the tables there were not quite stable. We were afraid that it could even fall if we touch it in somewhat heavy-handedly way. It would be also very beneficial to have some sault, sugar, garbage bags available. Rooms cleaning was also a bit of a concern. Another thing to consider is to provide two sets of keys instead of one. There is the safe lock at the entrance to keep keys there but it didn't look reliably and nobody explained us how to use it. If you are not travelling by car it might not be convenient to go to a shop as there are no good ones in walking distance. Finally we've got the room where all windows were facing the railway station so it was quite noisy, especially in the early morning.

The place is good, because it is located close to the sea and shopping centers, also - good access to highways if you plan to travel.

There were plenty of mosquitos hiding everywhere. In the bedroom, in the bathroom. Everybody was bitten during the first night. After we realized that, we used to keep windows fully closed starting before sunset. After you hit all those which flew in through the day, then you can live the night. One more very bad thing - the train station. The room was "garden view", so the train station is just right behind the house. So you can hear them coming, leaving, speaking, beeping, etc. So when we kept the windows closed, the noise was lower, but still, it used to wake us early in the mornings. The apartment itself needs renovation, the tabes are not stable, and in the rooms, there were plastered walls with unfinished work. In one of the rooms no place to hang your clothes (no wardrobe), lack of hangers in the others. Also, lack of kitchenware. Also, the hob was not working properly - there was a lack of heating power for some of the pots. As we used to travel to other places like this, we used to find some spices, at least some salt - maybe leftovers from other guests. Sometimes it is very useful, so you do not need to buy 1 kilo of salt if you need 1 tablespoon of it. In this case, there was nothing at all. And one more thing - if somebody is smoking downstairs in the garden or on the first floor, all the smoke goes into the room. If you are a smoker, maybe it could help you to save one or a few cigarettes, if not - better to have a none smoker below you.
