No breakfast. The receptionist Tuyet, or Snow was very effective, and speak good English.
Surroundinds very noisy.

- Staff was cheerful and responsive
- Room had tall window, offering scenic views of town
- Room had both fan and aircon, giving more control of comfort
- Only had bright ceiling lights, which made it more difficult to fall asleep. Needed either a bedside lamp or a low-light setting on ceiling lamps.
- Noise from construction next door
