Karolina was very easy to work with. She was available to answer all questions. The flat was very very clean, well taken care of, and comfortable to stay in. We appreciated the coffee and tea available as well as extra things such as hair dryer, iron, shampoo, etc. It was very close (across a small street) to the Royal Park and playground. There was a crib available for our baby. Thank you very much. It was a very pleasant stay.

Spacious apartment with small lovely touches and equipped to the minor details as earpicks or coffee cream. Private parking also available in the inner locked yard just it can be a bit tricky to find a spot if you come late in the evening as theres no dedicated place.

Double bed really unconfortable and matress must be changed.

I enjoyed the location and the flat itself. It was very clean, light and cozy. I would definitely return!!! The host is very helpful. There was no problem receiving and dropping the keys!!! Just a lovely place.

For this place I can put 10+ for all without thinking - this was definitely the best place we stayed during our trip. It was third time for us in Warsaw and I chose this place because of Royal Baths park near it (as we never been there jet) and all was just perfect - communication with Karolina, apartment (I even cant imagine thing we could find there), place for car in the yard near apartment, some board games for kids, tourism booklets in different languages etc. We also visited café Karolina suggested as for the breakfast (as it was last morning before going home, we wanted to enjoy it) and after we had walk in the park - what a lovely place with a lot of squirrels! Just don't forget to bring nuts with you and you will enjoy this place a lot! :) We will definitely once come back! ;)

the owner is super sweet and it feels like home. there is plenty of space for a big family or a few friends. two sofa beds which are actually comfortable !

Location. Close to a beautiful park and the main road to the city center. The host is very kind and helpful.

One of the two mattresses of the main bed was worn and springs very weak. Only very light people could sleep on it. To be changed. The bedroom was missing of blackout curtains. The TV is not “SMART” therefore the entertainment is poor (not possible to put YouTube or own Netflix account). Only channels dubbed in polish from English.

I really liked all the apartment. Very neat, cosy atmosphere, enough room for five people, for kids to play. Peaceful surroundings, across the street beautiful park with lots of squirrels. Good equipment in the apartment. The bus station around the corner. Really nice host, with lots of very useful information. Helped us with every issue. And really very very clean! Recommended!

The mattress was already "worn out", uneven. I would suggest to change the king size bed mattress in future.
