Exceptional

10-15 minutes by bus from the center of Kotor. You can stop the bus just next to the hotel. 5 minutes by walk to the nearest super market. View from the balcony ... I couldn't imagine better one. Very good equipped kitchen. I can totally recommend this place.

Good

It was a good choice for a short-term accommodation since it was located seaside and had the best view. We struggled to find a market but it was nearby on the left while you're facing the sea. There's a bus called Blue Line that takes you to the Old Town Kotor but it's never there at the right time and local people said it's expected there. But the one in the morning around 7am is usually on time

The view was great and the host was super nice, it was a reasonable deal.

Ivana was very helpful before arrival and even after we left (as Air Serbia lost our luggage, she helped to talk to the officers in their native language). Thank you Ivana, you are a great host!

The facility was far from the center of Kotor and the way back home a bit dangerous as the way is too narrow to be two way road.

Great place to stay. Highy recommended .

Excellent location, nice view to the bay. Safe parking in the yard, enough space in the room, comfortable bed, good equipment in the shared kitchen, a balcony with beautiful view to the sea. Very special bonus- helpful and always supporting hosts with really warm soul.

Nothing disturbing us, however the canalization system probably could be improved.

Amazing location in the front of Kotor Bay and little beach with stones and clean water. Perfect balcony to have morning coffee with sunset. Comfy beds, shared kitchen, bus access just in front of the house. Amazing pekara (bakery) just within 15 mins walk with yummy bureks🥐 Very close to big supermarket. Very cute, lovely and helpful owner. Good place for a little amount of money. Highly recommend!

we were very satisfied.

The lady was very nice and explained everything perfectly. The location is great with a beautiful view. The apartment is older, but for this price it is a great place to stay. Beds comfortable. We have nothing to complain about.

Exceptional

Everything was clean, well-equipped, nice; nothing broken; it was even better than in the photos. The hosts were kind. We could communicate in English easily. They provided everything we needed including information, assistance, etc.

The streets are a bit narrow but it's not the fault of the accomodation. If you're a good driver, it won't be a problem.

A good stay in Prcanj

Staff: Ivana was very helpful and understanding and we had no problems with our requests. Room: There was enough space in the room and the lighting was also good. Bathroom: The toilet flushed properly and there was hot water. Shared Kitchen: It had all that one could need to prepare a meal. Going for a swim: There is a good spot where you can go for a swim right in front of the place.

Bathroom: The tap was leaking and the sound was very annoying during the night. Parking: There was a problem as to where to park the car since there are no dedicated parking places on the premises. We didn't understand that initially, and finding a place where to park in Prcanj was a challenge. Plan carefully in advance.

Passable

The location was really good. It is about 7 km away from Kotor which made it more quiet. Our room had a view to the sea which was really nice and the owner was eager to answer all of our questions. However, if you travel by bus be aware that they are not reliable in the summer due to traffic (once we had to wait for an hour and the other for two whole hours it never came so we had to walk).

The room had a lot of faults. The window was both broken and it did not lock. Also there was a broken socket just above our heads on the bed something that seemed quite dangerous (the same existed in the bathroom, where the power cable of the electic boiler was just binded with duct tape, but it was just above the shower!). Last but not least for a three night stay there was only half of toilet paper. Even though we asked for more we did not recieve it.

Amazing view, but need renovation.

I like the view from the balcony. Also, that the property was very close to the see.

We strangled to find the apartment. There wasn’t any sign. We knocked in a few door before we find the right person. The information on booking.com for the property was misleading. It was advertised with a spot next to the sea, with a table and umbrella. As a result I had an impression that it is part of the property. However, when I wanted to use the area, I was kicked out and told that it isn’t belong to property.

Great location at Kotor bay!

The house was just one street from the sea and there was nothing between our balcony and the sea. It was lovely to have you morning coffee, or dinner at the balcony. The house is not in the Kotor, but I found this a great advantage, as the area was very calm and quiet. You could always find transport to Kotor, abt 6km away. We used our car, but there were public busses, or you can rent a bike.

A bit more facilities in the kitchen would be good.

Stay at Kotor in the Sea Side apartment

The location was good. Just beside the bay and all the rooms have balcony with a view of the bay.

The facilities in the rooms are not adequate. It was hot here but they don't have air conditioning. Also, the fan we got on the first day had broken legs, so it didn't work well. Also, the room is not that clean and the bed makes creaking sound.

Very poor apartment in a nice neighborhood

Nice view, close access to the sea, unfortunately the terrible owner and manager ruined our group's stay.

Low standard of rooms, bathroom from 40 years ago, no toilet paper, no air conditioning. Very false owner. Attention at every turn. No sunbeds, problem with receiving an invoice. Very far from the center of Kotor, near 8 km. The worst accommodation in Montenegro in the last 5 years and stays in dozens of guesthouses. Better look elsewhere.

I had a great time staying here, the perfect location with amazing views. The apartment is on the bay and I could easily take the local bus into Kotor when needed. Would definitely recommend this place, and the great hosts who took care of me.

Only two small things - the decoration could have felt more 'homely' and the cooking rings in the kitchen (2, portable) were quite slow.

Excellent location and very good price!

The property had an amazing location and view from the terrace toward the bay of Kotor. The landlord was welcoming and sweet. She took her time to explain us about the sights we should see around. Very polite lady which made our stay even better. The room had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Excellent value for our money.

I would recommend a TV to be placed in the rooms.

Cheap and really nice place to stay

Apartment is not super new, but it's clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. AMAZING view through the balcony, when you wake up and see the bay and mountains it immediately makes your day better. Additionaly you just need to go out, cross the road and you can jump into the water which is perfect in the morning the day after ;) It was also very cheap, price/quality ratio on the highest level. Ivana - the host is very nice and helpful person. There are two restaurants and supermarket really close to the apartment, so you have all what you need nearby.

Pretty far away from the city center, but if somebody wants calm and quiet away from city rush it would be perfect localisation.

Great location - the beach is just across the street, the bus which can take you to the Kotor stops right next to the apartment. A few meters from the apartment there is also a market and several restaurants. The apartment was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The owner is a very nice and helpful person, she responds quickly to messages. There was also a possibility to rent bikes. I wouldn't expect anything more for the price

Ok...but not great!!!!

The view was nice... The location perfect: between Kotor and Tivat, a few minutes walking from supermarkets, nice restaurants and beach... We also appreciated the fact that we could use the kitchen and prepare our breakfast...

It was very hard to rest properly because of the heat and the moskitos... The beds aren't either too comfortable... The bathroom was noisy, smelly and not very functional...
