Close to the sea garden.

The property is in the 4-th floor and there is no elevator. This is very important and it need to be put in the listing. My wife's mom (65 years) had trouble going up the stairs. Parking is horrendous. Its paid parking everywhere and still there is no space to park. Every day we had to go around some time 40 min to find a parking space.

We stayed at the Sea Burgas apartment for 4 nights in July 2021. The apartment is centrally located, close to the beach, close to the bus stop, close to the supermarket. The apartment is very spacious: one separate bedroom with balcony and one big living room with double bed and another balcony, connected with the kitchen. It was just the two of us and it was more than enough space. Niko the host met us upon arrival and came to pick up the keys upon departure. Good contact, nice host :)

The apartment is very 'tired', needs renovation. You can see it by the state of the walls, floors, sofa, bathroom, etc. It's still 'livable', but for us, it was a bit too warn out. Since it was a short stay and we didn't want to spend much time in the room anyway, it was not a big problem. We stayed in 2 other properties in Bulgaria and can say that overall, the rooms are quite 'warn out'. It's 4th floor without an elevator (you need to be fit) :)

Location was perfect, quiet but central and the bed was super comfy.

Was a little dusty but minor issue really.

Great location. Great apartment. Everything was close - beach, city centre, bus station, supermarket Bravo, cafes. Apartment is big and clean.
