Exceptional

Overall a fantastic accomodation. Amazing location, next to the sea. You can use a kayak and an SUP board free of charge with paddles. Breakfast is very good, there are different pastries every day. Mirella is a really helpful, amazing host The apartment itself is in a pretty peaceful and quiet town, but you can go to any major city in just a few minutes with car

The owner of the place (I don’t know her name) was very helpful, smart, caring and kind. She made our holiday much more better. I want to thank her a lot. The view is just amazing. Right in front of the sea, beautiful scene, calm, peaceful. Breakfast was good enough. There were at least 20 types of food at breakfast. Plus tea, coffee and juices.

Beds can be more comfortable but it’s ok no big deal.

Beautiful guest house with wonderful host Mirela and her support Slavica. Breakfast was lovely next to the sea with homemade food. fantastic view from the apartment, direct access to sea like little private beach, super calm with a view on the Tivat bay and 2 islands. Super connection with the airport in Tivat and Kotor town. Hvala Mirela i vidimo se opet, bilo nam je divno !

The Best of the Best

Everything is just perfekt. Absolutly nothing to improve. Perfectly clean, very nice designed rooms, unforgetable view from the very cute desighned balcony, very tasty breakfast, very friendly stuff, the owner is controlling every time that all guests are feeling comfortable, asking regular but not ennoing if you need something, you know she (the owner) is always there if you need her, but she doesnt show up not to desturb. And!! Just few meters to the sea, every guest has own beach chair, the territory is very very well done, the best hotel in the neighborhood and I' ve ever been! We'll come again definetely exactly to this place. Thank you!

Perfect for our summer vacation

Everything was great, the location, the view from the apartman to the see, the breakfast with homemade elements, the sea right in the front of the apartment is also a great advantage. The room was very clean, well equipped, modern furnished. The host - Mirella - was very friendly, always asked us if we need something. Thank you very much! Highly recommended!

Highly recommendable

Mirela was a perfect host. Always caring, helpful and eager to make our stay perfect. The apartment was clean, spacy and equipped in a modern way. The breakfasts copious and tasty, especially Slavica's delicious pastries. The view was beatiful and we could virtually climb down from the room to bathe on the sea. We had a great time and hope to come back.

Fantastic place, I would come back for sure!

Location is excellent, the best in Kotor area. Terrace is great with good furniture and super sea access. Never crowded. Breakfast is also good and comfortable, staff is nice. The ground floor apartment is really good with kids, no need of climbing stairs from the beach during the day.

I think the preparation for the breakfast starts way too early (5:30am!) which makes some noice, especially if you stay on the lower apartments. Breakfast starts from 8am but guests tend to start eating from 8:30 or 9:00am so the whole process of preparation could start 30-60 min later just due to this. Plus, I am sure that some other changes could also allow a later start (no one needs the mattresses on the beach beds before 7am, etc).

Fabulous short break from work.

Everything - apartment, location, staff, food. Everything was great.

There could be more kids gadgets like stepper so kid can reach sink for washing hands. I'm sure the owner will provide this too.

Dont go anywhere else, as this is a perfect location to enjoy Montenegro with its hospitality

Location is incredible and the host is so caring and friendly. The view of each apt is great. You can really enjoy the sea after about 20 steps from the apt. Kayak & paddle are available and inclusive. The host will organize anything you need, like a private boat tour, etc... You dont need to go anywhere else, as this has it all in terms of water access

Excellent place, highly recommended

The apartment was very clean and comfortably, there are enough place for four persons, The location is very good, right on the waterfornt in a quit area. The water is clean and transparent. The breakfast is perfect, variuos foods, slightly different every day, and the home made fresh cakes are very delicious (made by the lady in the house each morning). Excellent place, highly recommended!

Superb

Perfect accomodation, three meters from the see. Very clean rooms, tasty breakfast.

First night we had to sleep in another apartment due to some mistake on booking.com side or apartment side, but fortunately it wasn't so far.
