Locatie is uitstekend: midden in het centrum en alles om de hoek te vinden. Dichtbij het OV en treinstation. Winkels en horeca om de hoek in ruime hoeveelheden. Appartement heeft prima faciliteiten .

Het aanmelden bij de beheerder is wel erg omslachtig. Het moeten uploaden van ID-s van de gasten is te doen maar niet gebruikersvriendelijk. Het appartement is niet goed bereikbaar voor iemand die slecht ter been is: 3 trappen op met hoge en ongelijke treden (het is een oud gebouw). De slaapverdieping is erg leuk maar heeft een erg lage entree: hoogte tussen traptrede en dak is ca 1,50 dus je moet gebukt de ruimte in.

The only downside to this stay was there were no instructions provided on how to gain access to the apartment. After travelling all day to get there = had to call for help. This was frustrating as too tired from travels.

Great neighborhood! Easy access to public transport, walkable distance from multiple points of interest. Clean apartment, good lighting, and quiet surroundings even during the day. The Wi-Fi internet connection was fast and stable even for work, and the mobile network worked well inside the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped.

The stairs to access the apartment can get you tired.

The location was great, and the apartment itself was nice (though beware the 3 storey climb up winding stone steps to access it!), but there were a few issues to be aware of: Premiere Conciergerie who manage the location were unfortunately a bit of a mess. The link they sent for mandatory advance check-in wasn't a link at all so I had to email them my ID documents, and then the google drive link they sent with the check-in documents also didn't work. Google error message was that it wasn't formatted properly. I responded on Booking.com, emailed them, called them, and could not get a response for hours. Meanwhile we were stuck sitting at a cafe waiting to access the unit. Eventually after many calls someone finally answered and texted me a link which worked. They then sent daily automated emails about check-out time as someone had to do a walk through with us. I responded with a time, but clearly no one read that either, as the requests for check-out time continued. Eventually we got it sorted.... and then another colleague messaged requesting a check-out time. Pleasant people but not exactly on the ball. The apartment was mostly very nice, though I did need to purchase new batteries for the TV remote, dish soap for the kitchen, and the washroom light over the sink didn't work. The upstairs bedroom was nice, but just a word of warning that the steps up are a bit harrowing, and half of the bedroom has a ceiling so low that you need to bend over at the waist to get to the bed.

Well equipped bright modern kitchen with every utensil, pots & crockery needed. Large fridge & freezer. Good washing machine & dryer. Dishwashing liquid and sponge, bin bags & body wash provided. Fantastic location in the middle of all the restaurants, bars & shops! Great size apartment and very well equipped to be used as a home away from home. Good communication, instructions & videos from agency for check in & was accommodating for earlier check in.

3 flights of stairs to get up to the apartment. No lights for nighttime. Low ceiling in bedroom - have to be quite careful when getting into the bedroom. Stone stairs from bedroom to lounge. Stone floor was loose in some places in the lounge. Air con in bedroom was not very strong. I was very warm at night. (Could be due to that high floor the apartment is in). Wifi is pretty slow. Kettle is not electric and full of limescale - make sure to rinse it out before first use. Neighbors can look in easily! Make sure to have your blinds down. There is an apartment check from agency before you are able check out.

A fabulous stay in a fabulous apartment. Central location. Highly recommend.

Apartment is cool and in very good place.

Staff wasn't available by phone during week end instead of what written on messages and chat. We waited for instructions for 1 hour (4 in the afternoon) and find out by ourselves.
