Frau Livaja is very nice and helpful. The room was super clean .the location is very near to the Hannover messe.also you have all what you need a boiler, a fridge an oven a microwave.

The neighbour is little bit noisy

I'm here for the 2022 Hannover Messe, 1. The location of the room is not the same as on the website. When you arrive at the address provided on the website, someone will come to you and ask you to go into his car. He will drive you to somewhere in front of an unknown house and then give you a random room. 2. On the evening of 2022.25.05, from about 1:00 to 2:00 in the morning, the house owner's son entered my room, without asking. I still do not understand why he came to my room when I was already full of sleep. I opened my eyes and see the guy walking and looking for something in my room. And I asked him to leave. 3. No Breakfast, Poor Wifi, No Kitchen, No Laundry, No Air conditioner, No Heater. etc.

My host was one Mrs. Martynova and not Herr Ates, who did not even know English. When you deal with tourists and are in hospitality industry you must definitely know a common language. The photo shown at the time of the booking and the property offered for staying were totally different. The room offered to me for staying was in fact a study room with a small bed in which I could hardly fit. This was not a proper room. I was just given 1000 ml of bottled water per day. I asked for extra drinking water (not packaged / not bottled) or bottled water (whichever was available) and was ready to pay extra for the same but was not given. Such a treatment to a guest is not expected. It was not at all the worth the money I had paid.
