Para los que estamos acostumbrados a levantarnos temprano y tomarnos un café, el horario de desayuno establecido por el establecimiento es muy rígido . Para ello, la disponibilidad de una cafetera en el cuarto, seria recomendable! Igualmente, en caso de desear tomarse un vinito en la noche, muy poco receptiva la persona encargada , para facilitar dos copas o vasos

Breakfast was basic/okay but nothing to crow about. Close/walking distance to town. Parking was good. Air conditioning was good.
The fact is that the apartment is in a large apartment complex not what I expected as a B&B. No coffee making facilities in apartment, had to wait till breakfast to have a cup of coffee.

We had one night sleep over with our two daughters (7 & 9). We wanted two have two bedrooms without anyone needed to crash on a sleeping couch. This location was perfect for it. Even though the host doesn't speak English we managed to have everything settle via google translate and my bit of small Italian understanding. Before arriving we had whatsapp contact which was easy and good. Breakfast was nice with good coffee, home made pie and croissants. We had free parking at the apartment and we could easily walk to the centre. We will keep in mind for the future.
Nothing much we did not like. It was perfect for our goal.

totally renovated - very nice room
We are used to sleep without traffic noise. Unfortunatelly the house is close to a road where all the time cars are passing by.

Close to the old town and the lake but fairly noisy. The room was clean but small and with not enough facilities for your stay.
The worst was the breakfast surprise: not because there was no breakfast but because they insisted on the same room price! And this is sooooo incorrect: if the breakfast is no longer included because of Covid-19 precautions, that's OK (although it was the sole B&B during our Italy trip that refused to serve the breakfast). But keeping the same room price as if we have had breakfast, that's absolutely not OK! It's extra money for the property at our cost!!! You should get a discount if you are not served your breakfast because you already paid for the room AND the breakfast which you never had! The explication was that il was "not their fault". But nor is ours!!!
Horrible attitude, I won't recommend this place to anybody!
And it is far too expensive for what it offers!!!
