Amazing view. the place is in a really nice area.

They view is spectacular and the apartment has been renovated beautifully.

We were under the impression that the apartment has its own private outside area… this was shared with the other guests but was not a problem in the end.

The location is fantastic for my family, the apartment is clean, taken care of, very original, solid, warm impression and cool in the summer, it gets you in the Dalmatian traditional atmosphere right from the beginning with its warm wooden & stones interior and the hosts are friendly, speak English well and - there when you need them, just to call them helped me to get answers on my questions where, what & when to do here. The location is great, close to the old centre and sea, yet calm and peaceful, free of traffic. This to be received, one needs to walk streetway stairs for about 5-10 minutes but then you get awesome panoramic sea view from the garden terrace and from the all windows. There are windows on 3 sides offering beautiful sights of blue sea, green hills above and the island town beneeth. Just to smell the air and look around or through those windows or near the hot tub makes it lovely. This apartment is one open space roof studio big enough for and has all basics, for a family of 3, for a couple it would be ideal. For strangers, due to intimate open space, the lower unit might work better. For guests with walking problem or huge luggage, babies etc, better to call the hosts before check in, to help reaching this beauty for their first time. For this small effort, the prize is huge: true beauty found in traditional way as Mediterranean used to be. Tea kitchenette is fine for cosy meals as great restaurants are just 10 minutes downstairs street stairway. And, they are great, I can tell you, with affordable pricing. Upper patio garden is cool and cosy, and lower garden with terrace offers unforgettable evening with sea view among cedar tree, oleander and palm tree, rosemary and levandel. Outdoor space is at the property, for share for the guests of these 2 apartments only.

It was hard to leave again...I was here before and longer. I could stay here for many days & weeks, never a dull moment, many places and sights to see and go. Walking, fishing, swimming, hiking, seeing the island around with the boat, trying the local eco food and enjoying great herbs, esoteric oils, fruits, veggies, fish, meat & great local winery or just chilling around the house lying in the sun with some nice book.

Sea view

1) Very high stairs to get to apartment from Kut, from road above there is rocky path among trees 2) No possibility to park car in vicinity of flat. It is big disadvantage for people with luggage (like scuba diver), handicapped, with small kids. It is not highlighted in the appartment description or Important Information” section 3) There were missing free toiletries, coffee filters. Very obsolete hairdryer and iron, kitchen equipment. 4) Plenty (!!!) of small ants 🐜 🐜 🐜 in the flat which walk on walls, floor and table and will eat all food remnants (even not visible or in package). Part of them disappeared after the powder (expired in 2018) brought by owner. But more ecological method for this needs to be found and arranged between the guests 5) Important Note!!! For all this the owner will demand from you up front 200 Euro deposit and give back at the end. As I checked around with other tourists, nobody at Vis is taking such high deposit. It is written at the end of the “Important Information” section but not in base Policies section. It is easy to be missed and your vacation budget is significantly reduced.

Every time again we come here, we have great holiday. We are family of 3. We also used the boat, as the location of this accommodation is perfect: just above the old centre and yacht haven. Clear sea for early morning swim is just 5 minutes down the stairs. To come back, one needs to climb street stairway for 5 minutes (nice fitness gym for free) and get the reward: awesome view and peace traffic free 24/7. Cosy house we know already and the hosts who are all very friendly and helpful. You need just to call one if you need anything. Beautiful house for small family holidays and great location to explore this fantastic island. We found all very clean and well maintained. There is plenty of space especially outdoor terrace, gardens all around the house standing on its own, no close neighbours attached. Secondary route to the house is from the new road 300m above the house with free public parking, enough for my SUV and boat trailer of 7 metres long. I feel safe here and warmly welcomed every time our family comes here. We will be back.

My second time here. All is fine and beautiful just as the 1`st time. House is clean, people friendly and when I needed something, they came to help me very fast after I called them. Terrace and gardens around the house have great panoramic views as well as the house. There are 2 apartments here, for 3 persons max each, so enough space also for a larger family who then for the best confort can take both floors/both apartments. However, 1 was enough spacy for me and my 2 kids. I enjoyed walking around, climbing the street stairway to the house as my daily sport moment here aside swimming (not more then 5 minutes) which provides the beautiful sea view and the whole bay. In the evening, I enjoyed a glass of local wine and the view from the terrace downstairs, in front of the house. Double bed was good and a sofa for sleeping too. Can't wait to drop by again in the near future.

It is terrible to leave this place. It is paradise on earth.
