Pleasant

I booked this hotel for my nephew upon his travel to Australia. It was a long lay over. I personally kept on calling them to check on him as we were calling him and he didn’t answer and more than two times they said he checked out. His mother kept on calling him and we ended up calling the airport and emirates airline to check on him. He missed his flight because they didn’t bother to check on him or nock on the room. They misled us and caused a chaos.

Good location, comfortable and quiet. A good rest in between flights.

Expensive for what you get. Breakfast could be better. Booking very difficult, could be made easier. Asked a question via message and never got a response.

Overall and wonderful and welcome convenience to be able to get clean and sleep in between flights.

Very very helpful staff who sat me down when they saw I have mobility problems and processed me as quick as possible. The room was calm and clean and comfortable and easy to get to inside the airport. My only gripe is that for an 8 hour booking it is very very expensive, ie the same as you would pay for a full 24 hour stay but suppose that's the price of convenience, and a shower and clean cool bed and bathroom to use after a long flight is wonderful. I was offered a room service breakfast and this came in plenty of time, also appreciate the bottles of water and coffee making supplies.

A great place to rest during a long layover

The room was really nice, facilities were awesome and staff were friendly.

Wasn't a fan of the breakfast that came included - it was pretty basic for the price I paid.

Convenient to the terminal a quick walk from the gate. Facilities were great, the hotel was very quiet we managed to have a few hours of sleep before our next flight. Check in staff were efficient given the name of people checking in.

room should have provided 2 chairs for 2 of us to sit. The menu for meals were very spicy . You should provide things like toast and cerial also. cant eat spicy meals all the time.

Even though we stayed only for 6 hours, and waiting for connecting flight, its good enough for us to have a good rest and few hours sleep. With reasonable price and future promotion, we hope to stay at the same hotel.

The only way to survive New Zealand to UK with small kids!

Location amazing. Perfect for transit when flying long haul. Quiet, dark rooms , lots of room. Water and coffee facilities.

Bed layout with kids is strange, any child under 6 doesn’t get a bed so you either have to share single bed with your child or put two children top/tail in single bed. Not perfect for sleeping, but manageable.

Totally worth the money, helped deal with jet lag.

The room was very nice, we had a 14 hour layover at the airport. We arrived at 1 am so it helped us get on schedule to be able to go to a hotel room and sleep.

The shower was a little awkward in our room- other than that it was great!
