Good location near to the center, nice room

The rooms are pretty big and there's a TV... The price is comparatively low, the staff was there even late in the night when I arrived and they responded quickly to my requests, which was very good, because I travelled spontaneously to Burgas.

Well, the bathrooms are a little bit old and the structure itself would be in need of some thorough renovation work, even though the furniture is pretty new. The position is a little further away from the seaside as you would expect from the position on the map. And — they take only cash!

staff were gente and helpful and the hotel was clean. recommended for the with friend or family trips. also the street has a free parking area.

Everything in this accommodation was really great. Cleanliness, location and the price are truly great.

Really nice little hotel in the quiet part of Burgas and about 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Rooms are clean and cosy, the personnel are kind and helpful.

Wi-fi in the rooms is not usable, it works only near by the reception desk. Another problem is finding a free parking place. So, If you travel by car better count on the public parking.

nice stuff. big room, working air conditioning unit, comfy bed. they told us to park our motorcycle in front of the hotel where they had security cams, we also had a car that we parked on a paid spot across the street from the hotel.

the bathroom wasn't very clean, there was mold, bad smell from the sewerage. the wifi wasn't working properly, you connected to the router and got kicked out in the next 10 seconds, very annoying.

It is very closed to the train/bus station and port. The stuff do not speak much english but they are very friendly and they try to communicate.

The neighbor hood is a bit shady, It might not be safe for single travelers especially women or other minorities.

No interaction with the staff really - I would have liked to have had the option to have breakfast and maybe dialogue with the staff

Beds comfortable staff very nice and let us store luggage whilst we waited for our bus. Room and facilities very clean.

No shower doors can be a slip hazard, location bit of a walk out of the centre but doable. If coming into from train or bus get a taxi

Efficient checking in and location.

We were a little disappointed there wasn't a kettle in the room.
