Above expectations. It was just exactly what I needed for the week whilst away from home for work.
Friendly host. Best value for money I could find at the time of booking and everything exceeded my expectations.

Great place to stay
Great breakfast, host and proximity to the beach/centre/restaurants. Fridge available if you want to chil your wine to bring to the beach. Backyard is perfect to chil in the afternoon.
Entry to the room via pantry where supplies and washing machine are located. Perhaps they can be hidden behind a cabinet?
