Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Dusche hatte schimmelpilz an den abdichtungen. Allgemein war das Bad heruntergekommen und nicht mehr so neu wie es auf den bildern aussah.

I loved this hotel, I loved the incredible Mountain View from our room I loved the delicious breakfast in the morning. I can truly recommend this hotel and give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Real bad smell in one of the room; Glass door of the shower shattered in million pieces cutting seriously hands and feet. Apparently, the 3rd time that happened; Staff really not welcoming and no one to provide a first aid kit. In compensation (after having written to the direction) they offered us a voucher to come back one night... no thanks!

Breakfast was lovely and young staff tried their best.

The lounge closed so no possibility to have a drink (it was my 78th birthday!). Elevator to Alpentherme was broken so great difficulty for me. Very upsetting and staff just said they had no clue when it would be repaired. Been a guest over 30 years so no senior staff available.

Property well located.

Staff was rude and added extra charges, disagreements between the different members of staff and not transparent with the information given to the customer which leads to extra charges. Facilities, reception and restaurant in different locations from the room. property feels old and not as well maintained as it could be.

Personally I liked the view from the property and the breakfast which was ok, not good but mediocre.

Here wat was absolutely not ok: - The whole week before check-in nobody answered to the phone, this was because the reception of the De France was transferred to the hotel nearby. Nobody informed us and we needed to discover this by our own. We discovered all this when we saw that nobody was at the De France. - During check-in they told us that we have to stay in another hotel nearby, which was inferior. After insisting strongly from our side they “found” which corresponded to the item we booked in the first place. This was quite suspect. - All staff could be friendly if given the right training. That was not quality hospitality. For 350.- per night this kind of situation is absolutely not acceptable. - The room smelled like sewage the first 24h, after complaining it got a bit better. - Warm water in the room was an issue, sometimes it was there and sometimes not….. - Hair dryer was missing…. - Quality of shower gel, shampoo and body lotion was very low. Try a partnership with known swiss brands - The quality of rennovation they did is quite poor and not worth 4star rating. Bad quality finishing, floor carpet. Hire a good interior designer, there are plenty of them. If I would be the management I would take a bit more care for the infrastructure in matters of maintenance and adaptation for the year 2023 to be concurrential. I also would invest more in the most valuable asset there which is the personnel. Proper training in customer relations is the key in my opinion.
