Very enjoyable stay. Would have liked to stay longer. Great location. The unit was very comfortable and lots of room. Kids loved having their own room and separate bathroom. Lounges were very comfy. Great to have a pool area which we enjoyed each afternoon. We enjoyed the board games that were supplied.

The vertical curtains in the main bedroom. With sunrise so early in summer they were very inadequate. Getting in and out of the complex with the security gates.

Apart from the above we loved our stay. The location was perfect and value for money great.

Our unit was a bit run down. In need of some maintenance. The blinds in the living area were broken and falling apart. Couldn’t open and close them. General cleaning of the unit was ok however there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen area. Cobwebs with bigs stuck over them in some of the down lights in the living area. Also the kitchen cupboards need a good clean out and organization of the kitchen ware inside. Some were old broken and dirty.

Nice specious with 3 bedrooms and comfortable house in good location, and you feel your own place with private car park and the property well protected with big senser exit gate. Has beautiful BBQ area and swimming pool. I like the laundry equipment but take your own detergent as it's not enough with 1 small pack. Has two toilets, which is great for family or someone has health issues so can have more private time.

I stayed 3 nights. The house needs to be cleaner as there are lots of spider webs on the ceiling . The kitchen utilities need to be cleaner. As the fry pans looks so old and it's also has old food residue as it took me time to clean them also the pots.I had to scrub them very hard . I would highly recommend replacing them or giving them a serious clean. The small chopping board has a deep burning scar, which caused the food stick in between, and there was no sponge to clean them only a normal cleaning cloth, so i had to buy one. The stove is electric, which is fine, but levels were wiped out, and it took me time to figure it out to use it. Also, I couldn't find any tongs. Some of the mugs have drinks stains. If you are a heavy coffee and tea drinker, I would recommend taking your own coffee and tea as there are very few of them on the bench. If planning to watch something on your laptop, I would recommend providing hdmi wire because there isn't one.

Relaxing

Beachfront location to beach, skate park and jetty

I would suggest changing the cleaning company ie Bathroom floor had hair under the bathmat, under the the lounge was more rubbish, a pair of jocks in the bedroom, stains on the bath towels, cobweb over the dining light and the beds in the 3rd bedroom un-made with the linen thrown on the floor in the corner of the room.

Needed a bigger outdoor table at the unit. We also couldn’t find any tongs to use for the bbq.

Perfect location, so close to the beach, foreshore and restaurants. The grounds are very well kept (nice green grass for the kids to play on) plus the pool is great.

Maybe a little better cleaning of the unit. New teaspoons needed as there were only 3 and all were old and rusty. Maybe a new chopping board as well. A couple of the blinds kept on falling down, plus a larger outdoor seating area would be great as the table was very small with only 2 chairs. Apart from these minor things, it's a great place to stay! :)

Soap bars would be great to leave for guests. We left some in a draw that I bought. Plus more detergent for dishes. I ended buying more. I left that too

Pleasant but could be better.

Location was great

After three showers the hot water ran out!! There were beds for 4-6 persons but my friend had a shower at night and by morning the water was cold for me!

Stay was good close to everything

Bed was a little uncomfortable, tv remote not working at all . Sound system not working at all. Bedroom side table light only one working and same in living room.

The property was in a great location with a homely feel, was walking distance to all attractions in Jurien! Would definitely stay there again and pass this on to friends and family.

Everything was great, nothing to dislike at all!

Great sized unit with easy access to everything

Love the unit. It was everything we needed. Walking distance to everything. Great parking. Very comfortable. Pool looked great. But the weather was a bit too cold for me to get in unfortunately. Bed was comfortable. Thank you for a awesome stay.

relaxing family break

There was lots of room for the whole family. Loved the direct access to the pool and BBQ area. The bathrooms were spacious and well equipped. The garden was lovely. The 2 air con units were fine to cool the whole house, if the bedroom doors were left open to circulate the cool air.

It was really difficult to cook for a large family without an oven. It would have been good to have more outdoor furniture to enjoy the garden. The table was too small for us all to sit outside together. Feel that the VHS videos and player that were provided are outdated. Suggest Netflix subscription to attract young familys. It would have also been good to have some information at the property about the complex ie gate access to the beach, recycling. The bed in the master bedroon was not comfortable.

Walking distance to the beach and the local fish and chip shop, unit is very spacious and you can see the pool from the unit

Unit is close to the common area and can get quite noisy when people gather there. But thats hard to control

The unit was not as good as i expected. But the Pool area mad up for it.

Great Location, I loved the outside and the pool area. BBQ been first class.

spider webs on inside and outside, windows and doors are dirty. Some remote controls where not working. Bad room basins need attention. The owner shod go and live there for 2 weeks to sort the unit out. And make it first class again.

good break, pity it wasn't hotter to swim at the beach and in the pool

location. could walk to the beach, restaurant, pub, IGA, liquor store. there was a BBQ are and a pool. could walk to the Tourist Centre next to the library, where we booked a "swim with the Sea Lions with Turquoise Safaris - highlight of staying at Jurien

not everywhere is open every night. you have to do your homework to know who will be open for dinner ie Murrays Grill is open Wed to Sat. the Thai is open random nights. I think the pub was closed on Wednesday night.

The unit really felt like home away from home .

Location was perfect. Complex well maintained. Unit was neat and clean. Very well equipped.

Just some suggestions:- Perhaps have some BBQ wipes available to clean the communal BBQ's - we did use the BBQ on Friday evening and weren't able to clean very well , Just a note - toilet seat in main bathroom is a little loose - may just require some tightening up.

Clean beds and clean chalet. Location next to beach and close to shops.

Please provide clean mugs, wifi and hair dryer please. Inside of mugs were a bit stained.

Theunit is very close to the beach.

The unit is built to sleep 6 ut has a hot water system that you only get 2 showers out of.

Wonderful relaxing break in a great home away from home

Excellent facilities, so close to the jetty. Lovely homey feel and a really decent space for us all. Pool was beautiful. Sadly not heated but wasn’t too cold on a warm day.

Some of the kitchen utensils were a bit dirty. Wmessily fixed though.

Great Location with No WiFi

Great property and very comfortable bedrooms and clean toilets. Main gate opening was little confusing but makes the property very secure hence we like the arrangement. Property is near to the beach and small market place. Kitchen is fantastic and we cooked our meals there.

This is 2020, everyone provides a WiFi in hotel or appartments. Having no Wifi in your property and weak mobile phone signals makes this property slightly at disadvantage. Owners must provide Wifi at the property.
