it was extremely dirty, bunch of dust was everywhere

The flat had insects all over, super dirty, full of dust, unbelievable how this flat is listed on booking.com

great location! beds were comfy and plenty of discs in the apartment
very steep stairs to get in the building. lift is on the 1st floor.

The owner never replied to my messages - always sending me automated responses. There was no Wi-Fi and the 2nd bathroom flooded.

Great central location and if you're a small group of youngsters and out all the time it's fine. But not good for a family with older travellers and young children!
That the property stated there would be cots available for little ones, it took a lot of time for a broken travel cot to arrive. A lot of stairs to get up to the lift before the property, fine if you haven't got 4 kids with you. WiFi not working. Aircon working in a few rooms. Sofa bed broken. No shower head on one of the showers 3 clean towels for 11 people. No cooking or cleaning utensils. No kettle, broken wine glasses and a broken sofa bed! Everything thrown into wardrobes. No working light on landing. One set of keys. No secure lockable door on a very high balcony for toddlers!

location and price
it looks so modern in the pictures but in fact it’s an old flat. Doors that don’t close probably or keep sound out. The acoustics meant that sometimes you thought the neighbors were in the flat with you. Broken cork screw no cloths for wiping surfaces or drying dishes.

Good location and big apartment
The staff was non existent and when texting very impolite. The apartment was very dirty, the bed had no blankets and there was neithershampoo nor soap. The window was broken and the room got very cold, just like the whole apartment, which was not heated.

Location was excellent.
Accomodation was superb.
We were a group of four and we had a bedroom each .It was great to have two bathrooms.
The basics were not supplied…soap,washing-up liquid,tea towels,paper supplies.These basics are always supplied in short-term rental properties.We could have done with bedside lamps,also .The most disappointing thing about our stay was that we were only given one set of keys which proved very awkward as we were a group of four.More sets of keys should have been left in the apartment.We had automatic check-in and could only communicate with the host by text and were given no maps,tourist information,etc.Communication was very poor.

The hotel location is so good.
The condition of beds and covers was bad. There were no shower and cleaning items and doors of each room were bad.

the apartment is located in a great zone, it is very big and spacious and the host were nice over the whatsapp
the apartment had a very bad smell, there were no blankets on the beds although it was end of November and the blankets in the closet where without bed sheets, it also felt that the bed sheets where not so clean, the first floor is without an elevator and the stairs are very narrow so going up with suitcases was a bit challenging

Excellent. Well designed, good construction work.
When I complained that there are problems with the shower, the person in charge - that communicated only by WhatsApp - said sorry, it’s a problem of the owner, not ours. We had to run down to a shop to buy toilet paper, cleaning elements to clean in the kitchen because there were not even nylon sacks for the garbage.

The location is really good, and the staff was really kind of giving us some useful tips for traveling in Seville !

The location is more than perfect, we went everywhere walking. Everything in the apartment was tidy and also they had everything: towels, microwave, pans, cutlery...
The host didn't take into account that we had very little time to visit the city, he made us wait for half an hour when we went to pick up the keys. And also, to do the check out, we also had problems contacting with the host to pick up the luggage we left in the apartment. If you have mobility problems this aparment is not recommended. There is an elevator but you have to go up some stairs before being able to catch the lift.
