Great pool and bar food great and close to all amenities great for a couple great places to stay

Limited fans but it was a heat wave

The location was up a hill from everywhere so had to get taxis! No cleaners came into the apartment for over the 10 days big mattress in the wardrobe so couldn’t use the safe! No air conditioning at all even tho the temperature was over 30 degrees everyday would definitely not recommend this hotel!!

Modern Nice pool Good location- near bars and restaurants but not too busy

Did get busy around the pool but it was the start of the school holidays so to be expected

The price was reasonable and there was plenty enough space

There was no fan provided so got very hot and hard to sleep. Think just a ceiling fan in the bedroom would have made a massive difference

the apartment was very short of storage and what was there was broken did report to reception but nothing was done about it. Also only one set of towels per person for the whole week was not enough again spoke to reception who said they contacted wieners and who get some to us but never received any no bath mat which made bathroom very dangerous when wet and due to shortage of towels were not able to use towel for floor everything reported to reception but as apartment privately owned got no response.

The pool area, staff on reception helpful. Iron and Ironing board, sofa bed comfortable. The owner did communicate well when we messaged. Clean bedding and towels provided. Modern sofa and furniture.

We made the booking based on the information provided on the booking page. ‘pool view, 2 single beds’ photos from the balcony of the pool view. We arrived to a dark apartment on the 1st floor. No views, no sun on the balcony. Noisy traffic on the balcony. Not relaxing at all. Really ruined our stay at CH. For our Mothers birthday present. The owner said we booked room 125 but this was not mentioned on the booking at all. The owner said he has 3 apartments but no where when you book does it tell you the room number you are booking. The shower leaked all over the floor every time you showered, the sealant needed re doing around the edges. The shower head fitting was broken so it did not stay up. You also couldn’t shower for too long otherwise the water overflowed as it didn’t drain very well. Would be good to have some cleaning products in the room so we could clean when needed. Could do with a tea towel for the kitchen area. On the first night, the TV blew. The owner did replace the next day which was good. This apartment could be really great with a little make over. It needs re-painting properly. All white would really freshen it up.

We had booked 2 week stay, I know we had to move after 1st week but the first apartment was clean but very dark and cold, when I couldnt find the iron I messaged the owner and he didnt even acknowledge my message I eventually found it in the end inside buckets .. Not very impressed. The second apartment we were in was a lot nicer, bright pand airy. We have stayed a few times at castle harbour and have always been completely satisfied . This was just a bump in the road we will still go back but I think will be finding out in which apartment beforehand.
