Aesthetic, intimate and staff service is top tier!

The breakfast menu could do with some improvements, especially the Hot Breakfast. Also, the menus should be a little more clear and wide in options. For instance, the “Egg Benedict” is not clear whether it comes standard with bacon. So was a little disappointing that we couldn’t have it because we don’t eat pork. Had the menu said, “Egg Benedict with your choice of meat” , then there wouldn’t be too much confusion.

Beautiful location and modern rooms but breakfast was dismal, bland and of poor quality

Location was good. Aesthetic of the room was impressive and very fancy with a massive bathroom with a huge tub and a huge shower. It is down the road from Times Square and in a very nice area. The outside of the place is quaint and stylish. The receptionist is very friendly and gives you a remote for the gate and key to the room.

The breakfast was far below par. I appreciate the chef on site is doing his best but if the food is levelled up, then this place will be amazing. The food really brings it down, breakfast was eggs benedict with cut toast instead of english muffins as a base and the savoury mince had no seasoning or flavour (colour of the mince was close to white). I genuinely enjoyed staying at this place which is why I feel if they can fix the food issue, it would be a force to be reckoned with!

Lovely experience to be repeated again.

The staff reached out to me to ensure they have our rooms ready for us as we would like them, which was much appreciated. We also enjoyed a lovely, well-prepared breakfast. The rooms and the bathroom were nice and spacious, and we enjoyed the luxuriousness of it.

The house is quite close to a big and busy road, and the motorcycles speeding up and down woke me up a few times during the night. Not that the guesthouse could do anything about it.

Awesome, will definately stay there again when in Pretoria next time!

Location very good if you want to be centrally located with easy access to the N1. Rooms tastefully decorated and comfy. Breakfast super nice! Servicing of rooms and laundry service great. Safe and secure.

Traffic noise can be a problem if you want to sleep in.

AMAZING ACCOMMODATION in LYNNWOOD, PRETORIA

Lovely upmarket accommodation. Super-friendly staff. Large room and bathroom with beautiful, subtle finishes. Very comfy bed. Although not utilized, the fridge was fully stocked with a wide assortment of snacks and beverages.

The aircon doesn’t work while there is loadshedding.

A Modern, luxurious stay; a true oasis in a bustling city.

The property is easily accessible from the highway. Even though it is next to a busy road, the beautiful garden and water channel with flowing water and spacious modern rooms, makes for a very relaxing stay with the feel of a boutique hotel. The Eggs Benedict was top class.

Great place to stay for work

Comfortable rooms with good sized bathroom. Amenities provided. A stocked fridge that one could purchase from. the breakfast options are great. I had the mine on toast with a fried egg on top. well presented and tasty. Many friendly staff. My second stay.

Backup generator power for everything except the aircon unfortunately but understandable.

Maintenance - aircon only worked on full blast - and some drawers did not close fully - small things that need attention, bit bland and no "soul".
