The location and cleanliness.

Charging 15 mil COP if you wash any clothes by hand. Washing machine charges are 20 mil COP. If these charges/restrictions had been posted I would not have booked this place. This is essentially a private residence and both days I stayed my room was entered for no apparent reason. I moved and found a regular hotel for the same price.

Amazing stay at Angie’s house, she’s a very welcoming and helpful person. The rooms are very comfortable and great value of money. The location is perfect. We could have stayed so much longer.

It was near the center and cable car. Big spacious room & good bed. Next to building is car parkkng.

It was noisy as we had the front room at the street, as this has mountain view and windows. The double twin has no window.

Angie was amazing!! Very helpful and welcoming. She even woke up early to help us get a taxi to the airport. I can't recommend her hospitality enough. We stayed here after a 4 day hike from Cocora Valley so we didn't explore the area but it was an easy 10 min taxi ride from the main bus terminal. 20 mins to the airport. Thank you Angie x

Very clean, super-comfortable bed, close to town center. Angie was kind and helpful. Excellent value for the money.

We changed from a room with windows because the traffic noise was very loud, so we had a room with no windows. Booking.com said breakfast was included, but it was not, although it was excellent and well-worth the 5000 CP.

The street noise, especially from motorbikes, was terrible, from early morning till around midnight. Also, Angie has the policy that you are not allowed to clean anything, even wash out a pair of socks in the sink, without paying her 15,000 pesos! If I had known either of these facts, I would not have stayed there.
