We had a private bedroom/bath and the room was excellent with a great balcony overlooking a beautiful mountain and valley and we were just a couple of blocks from the main plaza

Maria, our host was a lovely character and made us feel really welcome. The bathroom was fabulous as was the view from our balcony.

The beds were too hard for our liking.

This is a modern homestay in the hosts flat which is very nicely decorated and charming. She is very welcoming and energetic and has a lovely kitten and a very well behaved dog. The balconies are lovely and there is a great view of the church. You are very much in the thick of it here with a 2 minute stroll to the main square.

The trade off for the excellent location is that it is not very quiet in the centre of town and the charming balcony doors don’t do much to keep the noise out, the host was thoughtful to this and provided earplugs but we are very used to quiet settings and struggled to sleep, though we were there at a festival weekend and it is probably quieter during the week.
