The pool and club house accessing pass is included with your reservation for all guests. Yes, no extra charge for access the amenities,. Just need fill out community form. The linens are not included with your rental, but it is available with extra charge through the third party. The most our guest just bring it with them. This Duplex unit was used as builder's model showcase house before 2017 . You will love to Live in this beautifully decorated model house. The property is located at one of the most desirable communities in the Bethany Beach area "Forest landing at Bethany beach" Just a short drive (4 miles) to the Bethany beach, Boardwalk. Community Amenities & Features: The amenities at Forest Landing include a spacious 3500 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center and locker rooms, a 4,000 square foot outdoor pool, playground, recreation area, 2 lit tennis courts, and walking trails through the forested wetlands. Notes: Forest Landing's community outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to two weeks after Labor day weekend. Guests need follow community rules. Best location in the community. Home was professionally decorated. The patio at back yard is face beautiful water pond. The community club house is visible from our backyard. So you just walk a few minuses to community pool. The first-floor has owner’s suite . . The well-equipped country kitchen conveniently adjoins the great room and gives you plenty of room to cook. The luxurious first-floor owner’s suite with tray ceiling features a walk-in closet, soaking tub , separate shower and double bowl vanity. The first floor also features a breakfast room . The kitchen features granite counter tops, double stove and stainless appliances. There is a half bath that rounds out this area. The laundry room features a high efficiency full size washer dryer for your convenience. There is a two-car garage attached and a few extra community daytime shared parling spots right at the front house. The second floor has three more bedrooms, one of which is a large bonus room and has king bed and two twin beds. There are addition two bedrooms at the second floor, one with king bed and another with queen bed. There is also a full bath on this floor and a loft equipped with queen sleep sofa, that is a great spot to hide away or sleep there . We provide high speed FiOS internet .Every rooms has smart TV. You can stream your favorite media channel.

Nora is an extraordinary host. She anticipated our needs and responded promptly to our inquiry. The house was as described - cheery and spacious. We had more space than the 7 of us needed. The neighborhood is quiet. The pond and fountain in the backyard provided a tranquil location to enjoy breakfast each morning and relaxation each evening. The pool is a very short walk away as advertised. It was easy to get to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. We had other family members stop by and they also loved this rental and hope to rent this location next summer.

This was our sixth year vacationing in Forest Landing; first time in Nora’s house. The house is lovely and was comfortable for our family of seven adults and three children. We found it spacious and clean.
Nora communicated instructions prior to our arrival, allowing for a smooth check in.
The community is very friendly; our grandchildren love the pool and that they can bike with very little traffic.
Bethany Beach is close by; the boardwalk has lots to offer. The area has several great produce stands and farms, fresh seafood markets, wonderful breakfast spots and more ice cream places than we had time for. Perfect location for our summer vacation.

We love staying at this house. We had 4 adults and 3 younger children (and sometimes the occasional visit by their grandparents during the trip) and there is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are spacious and clean. Having 2 1/2 bathrooms helps as well. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. The pool is great, as there is always room to get a table/chairs and there are a lot of options for varying swim levels - baby/wading pools, splash fountains/buckets, varying depths. The kids always have a blast there and at the playground. Bethany Beach and all local beaches are short, easy drives from this location, which added to the fun. Communication with the owner, Nora, has always been super easy and worry-free. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Second time staying in Forest Landing. Chose this particular location due to the proximity to the clubhouse and the outdoor seating. Home was just as listed and very comfortable. Only suggestion to future renters, basic pantry staples not available (unless a previous renter happens to leave items behind). You may want to come prepared if driving.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have 4 children and there was plenty of room for them. Short walk to the community pool which is wonderful. We love Bethany Beach which is a short drive. The host Nora, was wonderful at communicating and ver accommodating and allowed us to check in early.

We had a wonderful stay! Neighborhood is beautiful. Property is just as described. It is located near the clubhouse and pool. The swimming pool is delightful for both children and adults. Beautiful view of the water fountain from this unit. Comfortable beds. Large dining table for gathering family for meals. Look forward to staying here again!!!

Property was exactly as listed. Owner was easy to work with and communicated well with us up to the date of move-in. This property is in a well-maintained, quiet neighborhood with pool and workout facilities within easy walking distance. Great place to stay for a family wanting a quiet vacation but having restaurants and other activities within easy driving distance.

My sister and I met up for the week with our children (12 and under) and parents. For our number of guests, we were surprised that the house still felt quiet and sound did not travel, allowing for naps for the youngest. The house was large enough to host us comfortably and we loved having the pool just a short walk away and a ten minute drive to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

Our family really enjoyed this property. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with a large pool and playground within walking distance. The community is just a short drive from Bethany Beach and has easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
The check-in process was easy and the house was very clean. The owner is quick to respond and easy to work with. The house has plenty of space and can easily accommodate multiple families without feeling like you are on top of one another.
Our families would definitely consider renting this home again! :)

Our family included grand children, parents and grandparents, we had a wonderful time. The kids loved the community pool. The beach was close by too! The house was clean and comfortable and the location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, ice cream and mini golf.

Fantastic Family Getaway
The property was fantastic and in a perfect location. 10 minutes to the beach. Nora was an excellent host and provided all the important information in advance. The community pool was a favorite for our kids. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this rental.

Relaxing stay
The property was nice and in a nice community. The owner was very responsive. The left refrigerator door was broken and Nora had a mini-frig delivered a couple of days later. My only recommendations would be to do more than a "gentle" cleaning between guests. There were tons of spider webs and spiders! Yikes! Crumbs left behind from the previous guests and the shower was not clean....we used the tub instead which only had lukewarm water. Once we cleaned we had a relaxing stay.

This house was exactly what we needed. We needed time to get away and this offered it. Because of COVID the community pool was closed, but the beaches were closed enough and we were able to enjoy it. Bethany Beach is the closest to the house, but it is also smaller. We went to Rehoboth Beach (about 30 minutes) and it was much larger. Parking at the beaches was also a breeze. Boardwalk was also enjoyable.
Before we arrived Nora informed us that the handle to the refrigerator was broken, but that was fixed within a day or two. I advised Nora there were some items left behind (by cleaning crew from previous guests) and she quickly offered to have them come out and clean again (there was no need).
Nora was very responsive and on top of making sure that we were having the best possible time.
Overall our girls loved it! So much they didn't want to leave.
Would definitely be coming back! Hopefully next time the pool is open (It's across the way).

Fantastic House and Escape
We stayed two weeks in July 2020 amidst the pandemic. Great home, great location, wonderful communication with the owner. The home and amenities are all as advertised. Everything in order. Patio grill was a plus, as were the beach chairs and supplies. Backyard view of the fountain was great. Spent a lot of time in the sunroom drinking coffee in the morning especially. Great neighborhood to take walks and runs. Pool closed due to Covid but went to Fenwick Island state beach where we were able to social distance easily. Would definitely recommend.

Just as it was pictured, but so much more
What a wonderful home and an absolutely great stay!
The home was beautiful. I wasn't surprised by that as most of the previous reviews mentioned how accurately the pictures reflected the property. What we were not prepared for was how friendly the neighbors were! From the time we drove around looking for the house on move-in day, to daily walks in the neighborhood to one gentleman coming by to give us a local paper (and some wine), the neighbors couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. I have never experienced such universal niceness like that in a vacation community.
Nora was very responsive. When I noticed that the master shower wasn't as clean as I would have expected, she offered to have the cleaners come back out. I assured her that was not necessary but was so very much appreciated.
The bonus sun room was perfect when we had a family zoom call, my cousin's family could still watch TV in the main living room. The dining room table was also big enough for all 7 of us (2 families) to sit together. I had assumed the kids would just sit at the counter on bar stools but the bench accommodated our 14 year old (tall) son, 12 year old (lanky) daughter and my cousin's (11) son so I'm sure it would work for 4 smaller kids for sure.
I'd highly recommend this home and Bethany Beach overall. It was the perfect quiet, friendly and relaxing vacation amidst this pandemic storm. Unlike in Ocean City, the mask ordinance was clear and adhered to in Bethany so we felt very safe walking around and visiting restaurants (for take out) and shopping around the adorable town. Although we certaily missed not being able to use the community clubhouse and pool, had it been open, it's not likely we would have availed ourselves of its facilities. The closure reinforced how seriously the town and the facility took the shut down and safety orders.

Our family loved staying here. The property was beautiful. The community pool was delightful. We enjoyed that as much as the beach. The proximity to the beach was also very close. Great vacation spot. Homeowner was a delight to work with.

Great house and convenient location
This was a beautiful home with enough room for 8 adults plus baby. The kitchen was well stocked and Nora was always available by phone or email for any questions. Beaches, shopping, and restaurants are convenient. The owner has left helpful suggestions of restaurants and activities in the area. We love this development - the pool, playground, and fitness center - all within easy walking from Nora's home. It's also a nice area for a walk or biking. My only suggestion would be the addition of an outdoor shower - there is a hose for rinsing off sandy feet but an outdoor shower would leave more sand outside. We had a great week!
