*MONTHLY RATES still available December- March! Contact for details. This adorable beach house with easy access to Garden City Beach is ready for your next getaway! This 3 bed, 2 bath home accommodates up to 8 guests and has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The house has an awesome location- it’s situated across the street from Garden City Beach (a minute from the front door to the sand!) and just a few blocks away from the pier, restaurants/bars, and entertainment. Murrells Inlet Marshwalk is a few minutes' drive, and Myrtle Beach and all of its fun family attractions are just a short drive away. You’ll love enjoying your morning coffee on our breezy front porch, and when you’re ready to hit the beach, all you need to do is cross the street! The closeness to the beach makes it easy to pop back to the house to grab food, refresh drinks, or use the bathroom. At the end of the day, you can rinse off the beach with our outdoor shower head. You can make a relaxing dinner at home with the fully equipped kitchen, or take a quick drive to the numerous restaurants and bars near the home. If you choose to make it a night in, we have board games as well as two televisions (one in the family room and one in the master) with Roku to help entertain you. The home has 3 bedrooms: The master has a queen bed and a private, full bathroom. Guest room #1 has a queen bed, and guest room #2 has two sets of bunk beds (only our smallest, youngest guests on the top bunks, please). These two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower. There is also a full-size sofa bed in the family room. The dining area has a large table, and there is an additional dining table on our porch as well as a table on the patio/open garage. PLEASE NOTE: While we want all of our guests to have a great time, this is NOT a party house. This is not the house parents rent for their underage children to celebrate graduations or school breaks. Primary renters must be at least 25 years old and staying on the property for the duration of the reservation. Underage drinking will not be tolerated. Please note that upon acceptance of your reservation, we will email you as part of the agreement a lease which will need to be signed and returned back to us to finalize your booking.

Property was clean and cutely decorated. They let us check in early which was nice. Short drive to restaurants and things to do. Great place to bring your dogs and also great for families. All the bedrooms were nicely appointed. We would stay again.

The property could use a good paint job. The porch was dirty and not just because of the sand. There was hair pulled out of the main bathroom tub. And there was dried food in some of the pots and on dishes. All said though, we enjoyed our stay and when we reported an issue with the drier, the owner sent her repairman and the problem was fixed quickly.

This is All about location. 2min stroll to the beach means you don’t have the headache of loading a car or cart as you can carry everything to the very kid friendly beach ( morning have low tide and gives the kids a big tide pool to play in). Tiffany in property management went way beyond needed to help us out on an issue of our own creation. Thank you Tiffany. Everyone else, stay here!

Obey time on the front porch and walk to the beach and into town. House is perfectly located. Tiffany was quick to respond to requests, inor concerns. House was comfortable. Loved the hardwood floors. Kept the house cool, along with the ceiling fans. We had a great time! There’s a “ring/nail” challenge in the car port, fun to wind down the evening and keep the littles entertained. Good, relaxing time with Famiy!

This is a great place to stay. Clean and very comfortable. Location was great near all the great places to eat. Love the rocking chair fromt porch.

The location of this adorable house is perfect. It’s a stones throw to the beach and close to several businesses to pick up groceries or a bite to eat. The house was clean and well stocked. It was a perfect getaway! Tiffany was a great host…very responsive! Thank you!

I found my heaven at Three Little Birds and Garden City Beach! Spent five weeks here and the home and location are just perfect. Being right across the street from the ocean for daily walks and stargazing was definitely the icing on the cake. The entire area is walker friendly with many ways to mix up your routes. Quiet street and friendly neighbors round out the "awesome factor"! Thanks to Tiffany for definitely being a premeir host! Will be back in the future for sure!

We really liked the location so near the beach. It was also easy to get to shopping and dining nearby. We were impressed with the way the city of Garden City Beach was responding to damage from Hurriane Ian. Things are getting back to normal very quickly. Tiffany was very responsive to our minor concerns. Overall, an excellent stay.

Vacation
This house was perfect for my family. Very close walk to the beach and convenient drive to the ball park where my sons baseball tournament was. Tiffany was incredible with communicating and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We would definitely go back!

When first arrived screen door by kitchen the screen was pushed in and freezer didn't seal and holes in the pillows on couch and chairs. There were ants in the one bathroom pretty bad and the yard needed mowed. Other than that it was fine and we had a good time.

It was awesome to have some games around, What a great idea, my kids put down their modern technology and we actually played some old school games. They actually enjoyed it.

Overall very nice accommodations. I was surprised to find no cable or satellite TV connection although there was wireless streaming from ROKU TV. Some difficulty with hooking up since batteries in remote were dead. Lighting in kitchen was poor since fluorescent panel had weak ballast. No bar soap in bathrooms so had to go to store for soap. Neighbors noted owners had not been present in quite a while so maintenance needed some attention.

Convenient, neat and mostly clean. When we arrived, the two queen beds were made up. When I stripped the bed I used before leaving, I noticed there was no mattress cover, now I wonder if I slept on dirty sheets. I took my shoes off before entering and the floor was sandy, it appeared vacuumed but not cleaned. Otherwise, it was comfortable.

We communicated this to Tiffany the first day and she addressed our concern and mentioned box fans in a closet but by the end of the week it was just consistently hot all day and night with no relief. When I brought this up again, I was totally ignored . This was a shame as the house was cute but this was overall a bad experience.
