Moc pěkné ubytování s galerií a hezkým bazénem. Úžasná zahrada a skvělý personál, který se Vám snaží vyjít vstříc. Zařídili nám i skvělého pana řidiče Aguse +62-821-3609-9224. Výborné snídaně.

Very pleasant.

The property was well-located and had most amenities conveniently located beside the hotel. The staff were wonderful - very helpful and accommodating and were willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were willing to customize a yummy vegetarian breakfast for us everyday of our stay as well pack a boxed breakfast to take with us when we left at 3.30 am to view the sunrise. The manager was always helpful when responding to our queries.

Loud prayers from the mosque next door starting as early as 5 am each morning.

Nice hotel, amazing staff

Very nice hotel. It was the first hotel of our trip to Java and Bali. Excellent value for money but the highlight of our stay was the staff ! Ozzi and his crew organized and booked our trip to the Borobudur and Pemuteran temples, they prepared breakfast for our early departure (3:30AM) and they even drove us themselves to the city center for a dance show. They made our stay stress free in this very new country to us :) Thumbs up to them

This boutique is absolutely amazing. The boutique is incredibly beautiful & super clean with a lot of beautiful art/style. The staff is super kind, helpful & is immediately at your service. We had the nicest stay here! We will definitely visit again!!

WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN

Presidential Suite - this suite is simply amazing - and not just for the affordable price but what you get for your money !! - private entrance hall, separate dining area, huge balcony, huge bedroom, huge lounge, ensuite bathroom with dressing area - exquisite art adorns every room - two 65in televisions with netflix and youtube - free wifi - large fridge freezer and water cooler - the suite is modern, comfortable and clean - all 'extras' are provided - the list goes on !! - the hotel itself is definitely the best of 'boutique' !! - conciege service, delightful pool, moorish style inner court, restaurant dining, buffet breakfasts, alcoholic drinks available, and an art gallery !! - the staff are charming, efficient, accomodating, and speak good english !! - we stayed an extra two days just to enjoy the hotel !! - note: within walking distance is an excellent authentic javanese restaurant, a mini mart, and a laundromat - Yogja centre is 10 minutes drive / Rp30k grab ride - ALSO the hotel will organise private driver to Prambanan and Borobudur

you need to understand you are in a major indonesian city !! - the balcony for the suite faces a busy road and as everywhere in indonesia there is a mosque close by !! dont expect a peaceful morning coffee and cigarette !! - but in the bedroom and lounge the noise level is negligible, and around the pool and inner court you can hear bird song !! - note: the restaurant menu is both asian and western but just the basics

Lovely property and amazing service.

The manager and team were extremely friendly and helpful at all times - helping us navigate the area and what to do vs what to avoid. Location wise it’s in a great spot to get all around. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice of cooked options, fruits and cakes. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was a good size, comfortable bed and shower. The art around the property is also intriguing and good to look at.

The only slight improvement for me is that the blinds in the Junior Suite still let a lot of light through and the lights in the central area stay on through the night. I wore an eye mask to combat this, so if you’re sensitive to light, it’s perhaps something to consider.

We Travelled many places around the world - Hilton to Marriott and IHG but Raintree BEATS THEM ALL!!

FIVE STAR STAY!!!! We were a Group of 4 travelling from Canada. Yogi is an absolute GEM!!! When we had to leave early for our tour a few mornings, Yogi made sure he woke up at 3.00am so that we had breakfast on the go!!! Club sandwiches, fries, fruit and a juice box!!! 5 Star breakfast ready to go!!!! absolutely AMAZING!!! This is one Villa I will never forget!!! we felt deeply touched and soo welcome at Raintree everyone from the Manager Prasetyo to Yogi, Vishnu and Holi went out of their way to make our stay special!! it has a place in my heart forever!!! We received such a warm welcome from all the boys. The Villa was spotless, Laundry was very reasonable, the ambiance was amazing!! Location was great!!! What more can anyone ask for?

Excellent restaurant, nice hotel (but noisy)

The breakfast was excellent, and the chefs made a great effort to prepare some delicious, local recipes, veganised for us so that we could try all the different local meals. It's worth checking out their restaurant even if you don't stay there as the food is really good and the atmosphere very pleasant. The staff, and in particular Holiness and the chefs, took a very good care of us and did whatever they could to make sure we had a good stay. The hotel is spacious and comfortable and not far from the main attractions (even though you need a taxi/grab to go to most places).

The internet connection was a bit unreliable, so if you really need it, it would be better to have your own SIM with data. The main issue for me was that the hotel is right next to a mosque and each night I couldn't sleep roughly between 4 and 5am during the prayer. While they gave us an upgrade to a suite which was a little bit less noisy, I still think this is something booking.com should warn customers about as I'm sure that many people wouldn't be OK with that (I would have chosen another hotel if I had known about it). I've lived and travelled in muslim countries and the noise is much louder than you would expect (the mosque is literally nextdoor to some of the rooms).

it’s q very cheap hotel, with very friendly staff but not comfortable since it’s not clean.

the staff and the owner are amazing. They try to help you with whatever you need, such as helping you to get a taxi when you are in the middle of the city. they are simply amazing.

our room needs maintenance, for example there were loose tildes in the bathroom, the paper on the walls was very dirty and loose as well. But the worst was the sewer smell of the bathroom, it was difficult to sleep with that smell spreading on the room.

A great hotel to stay when visiting Yogyakarta. An oasis of comfort and luxury in busy Yogyakarta

Very friendly staff, polite and swift service. Quality restaurant with local and European choice menu. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide range of Indonesian and Western options either as buffet or a la Carte. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable and bathrooms spacious. The atmosphere was relaxed and the decorations with contemporary art inspiring and tasteful. Well maintained facilities and dining courtyard around the semi indoor swimming pool. Interesting antique porcelain was on display while courtyard was filled with green plants and fountains. Manager Pras was very helpful and his assistance and guidance made my stay in Yokyakarta most enjoyable with unforgettable memories of places I needed to visit because of family memories. During our 1 week stay Pras was always there to help me finding the right excursions, restaurants and historical places.

I'm an art enthusiast and having a lot of great art works on display in this villa is such a joy to my eyes. The place is so cozy and the staffs are so accommodating. I love their breakfast too. I would definitely recommend Raintree to those who wants to visit Yogyakarta.

Truly felt cared for and attended to by the staff - the service was exceptional!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to care for our needs (hiring a private driver and packing us breakfast boxes) and coordinated our travel during our stay there.

We did find a few different bugs in our room (2x mosquitos, 1 beetle, a dead spider), but they were not harmful.
