Although the view was terrific we would not stay here again.

The best feature of this property is the magnificent view from the terrace, and both of the bedrooms. We feel asleep looking at the lights on the hillside opposite, woke to the morning sun and enjoyed our breakfast on the sunny terrace.

The bedrooms were tiny. Only one had hanging space. The rest of the clothes were hung in the very small laundry that smelt of damp and mould. The shower recess was also tiny - you could not stay comfortably in this property if you are a large person. The height of the ceilings was also very low. The kitchen was in poor condition and needed an update in its utensils.

The balcony views were great!

The location of this place was great. We were close to some really nice restaurants (not the tourist traps) and the hosts were great. Although the host didn't live in Positano, her friend was who we met to get the keys from and she was very helpful and knowledgeable on the local area as she lives in Positano. The balcony space was so lovely! We had mostly everything we needed for our stay here.

The ceilings are not overly high so if you're tall, then i wouldn't recommend staying here. The shower is small and if you're tall, you'll have some issues. Not enough toilet paper was provided for our stay here.

Great location, wonderful view and access to most cafes and restaurants

Host was friendly and knowledgeable, location is great, view was wonderful and balcony, close to restaurants and cafe. AC was great.

The washer was not working. The shower was too tiny. General cleanliness was not great. Limited towels for our entire stay. Asked for blankets and only got bed sheets.

We loved Positano.

We liked the property although it was the most expensive stay in Italy. Initially it seemed a hard walk to the centre of town but took the road instead of stairs.

The shower had the rain head style which is not as good as the wall mounted. It was a very small shower cubicle so when you turned around you hit the taps. The washing machine needs upgrading as it didn’t even wet some of the clothes and left marks open others.

It was a quaint and cozy apartment with a fabulous view!

The location is right on the Main Street of Positano so you don’t have to navigate stairs. There are about 10 steps down to the apartment. It is near restaurants and shops and a 10 min walk to city center. The beach was about a15 min walk. The apartment was quaint and charming and had a lovely terrace with a magnificent view.

I have no complaints.

A fabulous experience in a fabulous apartment in a fabulous town!!!

This is a gorgeous property., even nicer than the photos show. It is unique and beautiful. Really clean and the beds are so comfortable. Anything that you might need is provided. Maria and Marco were a fantastic back up and made some super recommendations., Maria spent ages telling us about great food and Marco arranged an amazing guide for us to visit Pompei with. I cannot recommend this place enough. Just book it!!

Exceptional

Even by Positano standards this location is amazing. And a very private balcony just makes it even better. Add, Maria, who provided exceptional support and this place is a winner. If the bbq was working it would be perfect. Enjoy your stay.

The bbq would make it perfect. And a coffee maker for more than one would be amazing.

Airconditioning needs upgrade nights are hot but aircon too loud to sleep power needs upgrading kept losing power

nice - great view- convenient ! need AC update and front door to fixed ( least of the problems

great apartment and view - uphill but convenient location with many restaurants close by @ same level. beautiful terrace - decor appropriate for ambiance . washer!

AC in main bedroom too much noise-impossible to turn on !!!! told property @ visit end no apologies or comments. electricity issues but fixable. water heater poor reserve. owner very nice but local host, which was nice when we met, was very pushy with inappropriate comments when communicating with arrival time. We did our best to update locations through the day. unpleasant experience for a vacation stressful moment coming all the way from Florida!!

Cute place, amazing views and terrace and great location

The large terrace with amazing panoramic views and beautiful flowers was fabulous! The caretaker, Maria Delores, was very helpful arranging airport pick ups and giving tips about Positano. The neighborhood was darling and nice to be above the chaos down by the beach.

No closet or drawers or any storage for clothing in main bedroom. Linens for second bedroom were not great. Had to request a second bath towel and kitchen towel for a 7 night stay.

it needs improvement but the location is excellent.

location is great. nice views.

not enough hot water for three people to shower. beds were very uncomfortable. no shampoo even after I asked if there would be toiletries.

Wonderful panorama terras, very cozy apartment, lovely decorations, also beautiful plates, cups etc, close distance to beach and cafes and centrum

the second bedroom is tiny, the living room has 2 sleep options, but is then only separated with a curtain then from the kitchen.

Nice apartment great location

The apartment is in a great location. Shops and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood and less than 10mins down the steps to the beach. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was great we slept really well and a lovely view from the bedroom window. Fantastic terrace large with amazing views of the town and beyond. All appliances worked well and Maria was very helpful at check in and it was easy to keep in touch with her throughout the week. We had a great week.

Perfect Positano location

Wonderful location with a great balcony. The kitchen and washing machine were very handy!

No toiletries or paper towels and limited toilet paper. Ceilings are a bit low so watch your head.

Exceptional

Wonderful apartment with everything you need, including a stunning view and great location. Lots of space for us to relax and feel at home. We loved our stay at Casa Vela.

Everything was great, but my partner is tall and bumped his head many times, oops!! Tall people beware.
