We needed last minute accommodations and stayed here for only one night but they went out of their way to help us. They stored our bag and met us as soon as the apartment was available. The apartment was beautiful and in a great location.

We loved the location and being able to walk to the important landmarks and to The Plaka. We also loved the convenience of having all our family together in the 2 apartments with such great comfort and amenities. We appreciate the stuff being so willing to accommodate our request for early check-in and luggage hold before departure.

great appartment and good value. The location was superb. Short walks to pretty much all the Athens city centre to do list. The approach to the Acropolis was just round the corner ( i particularly enjoyed my morning run around it and the adjacent Areopagus hill).

property had everything that was needed property was clean and the staff (Dennis) went above and beyond couldn’t fault their customer service. Anything we needed they helped and provided. I would defo use this apartment again just because of their customer service

This property is the perfect location, convenient to the Acropolis, shopping, dining, car rental, and everything else.

The location and level of cleanliness

The description on booking.com said it had 3 bathrooms but it only had 2 bathrooms and one WC.

The location was perfect for our walking tours and very close to dining areas.

Such a beautiful, welcoming stay in the heart of Athens. We were a family of 11 and fit more than comfortably in our two rented rooms (which were the first and second floor) of the building. Everything inside was spotless and easy to use. The building was walking distance from all sights too. We had zero issues and would definitely stay here again!

very nice spacious apartment . Bedding is very comfortable and the livingroom is ideal for a group. The location is very close to food and sightseeing.

The apartment does not have constant Hot water. Only one person can shower with hot water. I was with a party of 5 women. After one person showered everyone else showered in ice cold water. In the morning of departure not one of us received hot/warm water to bathe with. And there is a sewer smell from the toilet in the biggest bathroom.

The size of the property was spacious and more than enough for my family of three. The host was gracious enough to provide a list of recommended places to eat and locations to visit. The property was stylishly decorated. The beds were comfortable. My family appreciated and frequently used the air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry room. The location of the property was perfect and within walking distance of most of the top sights in Athens.

The host seemed very rushed during check-in, but we did arrive around 11:30 pm so maybe he had something else to do. During the initial tour of the property the host requested a 24 hour notice for housekeeping services; however, I requested services 48 hours in advance, which was the midpoint of our stay. My request couldn’t be fulfilled due to the cleaning personnel testing positive for COVID. Someone was able to clean the property a day after the initial request date, which was one day before checkout. One of the sofa’s in the living room had a big spot where it appears something was wasted and the attempt to clean it was unsuccessful. All televisions in the property did not have NETFLIX, which was information provided by the host. When I addressed the host with this information I was told that someone would come by to check out the televisions but that never happened. After sightseeing all day, it would have been nice to lay down and watch a couple of shows before dozing off to sleep. The apartment wasn’t soundproof as we could hear voices and walking from other apartments at night and in the morning.

We were a group of 8 persons. The flat was really AMAZING. It is new, modern, big, beautiful, cozy. It is located in the center of Athens. We were moving everywhere on foot since everything is near the flat. Even the sofa can be transformed in a bed. If you are looking for the best choice to stay in Athens, this is the best one. We would like to thank the hostess. Everything was amazing, we loved this flat.
