Really top of line hotel In Cascais. Looks out over the Atlantic. The staff is super nice! The junior suite is spacious and comfortable. Fantastic balcony if you get a sea view room. Great bathrooms. I mean, there’s literally nothing not to like here.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was generally pleasant and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was nice.

We travelled on a family holiday and this was more of an executive hotel which is better suited for business travel/hosting conferences. If you have young kids it is not suitable. Although the hotel was not far from the beaches and village, the location was not great.

The room was comfortable and very clean. There were lots of options to suit everyone for breakfast, and it was good value. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Cascais is beautiful. We went to some fantastic restaurants and had great food and wine.

There is building work going on right next door to the hotel. We hadn't booked a sea view room and were initially given a room directly overlooking the building site. I made a complaint on the basis that the hotel should have made guests aware of the building work. I was told that if the work had been going on in the hotel, we would have been informed, which I thought totally fudged the issue. However, we were given a sea view room the following day and weren't charged the extra for this, which was appreciated. The room was comfortable and very clean, and we had a great view from the balcony. Lighting remained a mystery for the entirety of our stay - sometime they would work, sometimes not!

The noise from the construction site opposite ruined our stay, it could be heard all over the hotel but we were on the third floor looking over the site as they used heavy plant to dig out a hole for swiimming pool!!! I accept that this is out of the hotel's control however, reading reviews from the previous few weeks prior to our arrival it is not a new issue. We were given no warning to expect noise and the hotel shrugged off our complaint!

Construction immediately next door to the hotel begins at 8am. Not really possible to remain in the room, let alone asleep thereafter. Nothing to be done about it by the hotel, but should be known before you book. Looks to be long term.

The room has ocean view which was great, when sitting on the balcony in the early evening and relaxing from long work day. Staff were friendly and helped us with local knowledge.

There was construction work across the street, so not the hotels problem, but frustrating when trying to do Zoom meetings.

Beautiful views, delicious buffet breakfast, excellent quality food, highly professional and accommodating staff members. I was offered many perks & unexpected extras which made me & my clients have a remarkable experience at this hotel.

Although the junior suite was not available as requested, the reception manager did everything in his power to accommodate my business needs. My clients were impressed. The staff softened into excellent service despite the hiccups. Junior Suite could receive some furniture upgrades. Unfortunately construction works happening next-door from 8am - it didn’t bother me, since this was a business trip and I was up early anyway, but I would have been disappointed for a peaceful romantic get-away here.

Hotel with a wonderful view of the ocean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, room not too big but well organized with enough wardrobes and space for luggage.

A minus could be the pool, which is quite small considering that there is no beach in the area. For us it was not important, but if you want to come in the summer for the water and the beach, it is quite far from the nearest beaches (about 25 minutes walk to the beach). The water in the sink drains quite hard.

The room was all good.

Slowest check-in in my entire life. And it happened to all my colleagues and others as well so it was not a one time thing.

All in all great hotel in a great location with superb ocean view and fantastic breakfasts. Clean and neat. Left an impression and desire to be back one day

The only little frustration was long check in process. That is it. And it couldn't spoil overall perception.

Excellent hotel overall. Very friendly staff, room was super clean (it smelled good too) with a wonderful view. Good breakfast. I would definitely recommend it!

The only down side was that they charge full amount (EUR 12.00) for kid's breakfast. My 9yo eats close to nothing which made it a "deal breaker" for a family breaky.
