Host was super accommodating and let us pay the following day after we arrived since we were arriving late and had been warned we couldn't pay with credit card. The apartment was very comfortable in many ways. It had separate rooms and separate ac units. The living room could be configured to have the ac off, the other doors shut and the windows open to have the best ocean breeze I've had at an ocean stay. The view was also pretty nice with total privacy. The pool was nice, the building had great staff, the restaurant at the pool had great value, and I felt comfortable and close enough to walk most places that I had to go to.

There were only a few bad parts: 1. The building is right across a party shack that kept blasting music until 2:30 am. This happened every night we stayed at Thursday-Saturday and made it fairly hard to sleep. To top it off some of the nights had construction work happening outside until even later. 2. The towels were all very flimsy. 3. The kids bedroom TV was partially broken. The owner did tell me he wasn't aware of the issue and that he would fix it later though.

The location was great, very close to the Plaza Bocagrande, restaurants, the beach and supermarkets.

Easy Access to all Cartagena. Great view, easily to check in and out, close to restaurants and different convenient stores.

Because the apartment is in a 14th floor the wind gust can be really strong so be careful with doors cause they can shut over you.

Very responsive host. Stunning views of Cartagena from the large balcony. Powerful air conditioning. I enjoyed staying at the apartment a lot. But many things need to be improved.

The hot water works only sometimes. Very low water pressure, oven is not working, no light bulbs in bedside lamps, washing machine not working due to low water pressure, a few cockroaches. Cleaning not good enough. I could see hair from the previous guests in the shower cabin. Intrusive, unfriendly, unprofessional security. Very cold pool due to its shaded location. Pool security very unprofessional again. Very long waiting times for the lifts/elevators.

Love the place, great view, right in front of the beach, beautiful pool, excellent location close to stores, restaurants, mall etc.
