Good question, we waited for room service, and when that didn't happen, we sought food from a nearby outlet

The discontinued free day if we stay 7 night. Many locations such as yours will loose customers if there is no incentive to stay. We have been regular clients for many years, and the little thing that keep changing will eventually restrict our need for Gateshead Tavern

The tavern/motel has everything we require. Located near the hospital, food available after 8pm visiting hours, comfortable beds and a wonderful hot shower. Friendly staff are tops...

Cannot think of anything really.

Very clean room, very comfortable. The staff are very good to deal with. We have stayed there before and will stay again I am sure. You can get great meals over the bar also you are only 5mins away from some great restaurants.

Everything was great for us, even has room to park a bus. No faults for us .

Staff very friendly & accommodation was clean.

The beach was 5 kilometres away.

Nice comfortable room for two people.

The only complaint is that the air-conditioning panel was extremely bright, and it could not be covered or turned off.

The location is great, close to everything and far enough away from the hustle and bustle..

However the room was crowded and definitely not big enough to accommodate for the amount of people it claims. The other people staying there were also extremely inconsiderate to the fact other people are staying their. Playing loud music early hours of the morning and late at night. Their children running around yelling and screaming, nearly knocked one over stepping out of my front door.
