Great location. Just a short walk to beach, restaurants, bars & shopping.
Lots of rooms, great for big groups.
After speaking to host, we had an extended late checkout, which was awesome.
Wobbly tiles at front door.
Not enough bathrooms for such a large house.
Tiny second bathroom. Barely had room to turn around.
No spare bedding. Several of our group where so cold they had to go and buy blankets for beds.
Blinds in bedroom were stained. And 1 blind would not come down in another bedroom.
Dishwasher tripped power on first use and then on second day were unable to use at all. Oven was not clean and frypans were filthy.
Maintenance is obviously lacking.
A bit disappointing overall as it’s advertised as luxurious.

Cooked our own breakfast , kitchen well equipped, however pots and pans need an update. The view of canals was amazing. No dolphins spotted this trip weather was bit wild.
House needed an update, furniture and blinds very worn, however was an amazing venue for a group of friends.

Brilliant location, walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Right on the canal, we loved using the kayaks to go for a paddle. Plenty of space for the whole family, the kids loved the games room.
The air conditioning wasn’t able to cool the house down effectively which was disappointing.
While it was obvious the house had been cleaned, it wasn’t the best job. We had to clean out the fridge/freezer before we could use it and gave the kitchen a clean too. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine though.

Liked the layout of the property and the location as well as the extras ie the gym

Unfortunately the globe fell out of the down light and doors not closing properly and front door hard to lock

Big house with lots of activities to keep everyone big and small entertained. Great location walking distance from playground, restuarants and marina. We loved seeing the dolphins and pelicans.

Nice big house as promised in a beautiful location on the canal and close to shops and places to eat. Plenty of things for the kids to do including pool and table tennis. Even bikes and canoes available for use. Drop box with a code was given however it was difficult to locate the box with the instructions given. A quick call to the owner fixed that though. Owners were great with correspondence prior to our stay
House seems old and maybe some maintenance would do it some good. A few lights not working including one of the rooms upstairs and in the master bedroom toilet downstairs. Plus there are no lights fitted out on the balcony which made it difficult to have a BBQ. A place like this needs balcony lights.
Not enough fans as we were there in the middle of a hot summer and the aircon doesn’t really work well in the bedrooms, and windows are difficult to open. No aircon in the master bedroom.
The house is big and can accommodate up to 12 however there is no pot big enough to cook for 12 people

The property was in an excellent location walking distance to the heart of mandurah which was super convenient as no Uber’s were needed , it was the perfect entertainer with a large balcony looking over the canal and good seating areas
