Lovely stay in great location and welcoming host

Pleasant

The location is good, close to a metro station, a mall and multiple mini-marts, huge plus in São Paulo. Also the sofa was pretty cute. The staff responds almost instantly on WhatsApp.

I had a private shower, but it was super cold, never increased the temperature and during my stay the average temperature outside was in the 50F. Also, to get in on the first times was super difficult, had to wait twice outside with no one around for several minutes. Moreover, there's a kitchen, with mini fridge, a coffee maker, but barely no cutlery, no towels nor mats anywhere (to dry silverware, face towel, etc), just one towel for the shower.

Lovely place close to Paulista avenue

The accommodation is very clean. The area is safe and the shops are very close. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room, beautiful hostess, located in a very good neighborhood close to everything.

Carmen was a great hostess, who saw to everything I needed. The kitchen was well equipped for my needs. The location was perfect for me, as I was there for the sole purpose of learning Portuguese, and the school was located in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is one of the nicest neighborhoods in São Paulo, close to everything....shopping, grocery store, food markets, banks, public transportation, parks, restaurants, hotels, etc. They even close down the main street on Sundays, Avenida Paulista, so that pedestrians can walk in the street, where they can dance to the music of different musical groups playing music on the streets.

The shower in the bathroom was a bit small, as I am a big guy, and I was just able to squeeze into it. But all and all, it was a nice bathroom.

Perfectly convenient accommodation near a central spot

We had a room in the back with a view to a little Patio. Although it was so central the location was very quiet. The room had everything you needed and was convenient. There was no AC but it didnt heat up too much and there was a big fan that could be used - we did not even really need it although we were there during some hot days. It was just a few footsteps away from Ave Paulista, perfect for a first stay in the town. The host was very welcoming as well.

Excellent location next to Avenida Paulista, Carmen the host is lovely, The room was very clean and comfortable

The only drawback in my view was the lack of noise isolation in the room: there was no real window in my room, so even if it was not a very noisy street, we could still hear the cars and bikes

Interesting place to stay, but in a positive way.

Personal touch to the place. Real people. Wooden interior. Very nice and helpful host. Quiet.

There is something wrong with WiFi - sometimes it was fast, sometimes it was super slow. In the end it was not usable. Needs maintance.

Nice stay in Sao Paulo

Stayed here for 3 nights. Good location, short walk to the metro, Avenida Paulista is a block away. MASP museum is close. Room is big and nicely decorated. Owner is very friendly. Doesnt speak English and I dont speak Portugese but we managed. I liked Sao Paulo more than expected and would have liked to stay another day.
