The location, accomdations and friendliness of the staff were a good value.

All the plants. The adequate room.

The housekeeper didn’t do anything but empty trash until I asked for more thorough cleaning. I didn’t like having to pump water for a supply. Very difficult for me.

Beautiful Colonial town.

A beautiful and clean place to stay. A few blocks from the Centro and restaurants. Staff were all friendly and helpful! Kitchenette was great and coffee is provided.

Great little casitas!

The room, the pool, the staff, the extras like pool towels, and the include coffee. The grounds were nice as well. Also the location, it was a short walk to the plaza, and Malecon.

A simple and homey home away from home with helpful courteous staff and 2 pools.

Close enough to everything like the Malecon and the Mission, but just removed enough so as not to be exposed to the traffic, nighttime sounds etc.

WiFi spotty, slower than we're used to in the USA, with dropping of reception, although to be fair I don't know that it is the fault of the Property - my sense is that Loreto is not on the cutting edge of download speed.

Owner needs to practice basic customer service!

Pretty much nothing.

Working air conditioner would have been a plus. It did not work for 4 days of our time there. They ignored me for 4 days and then I complained again and he finally fixed it. We were not able to sleep for those 4 nights. Decent window coverings would also have been appreciated, the blinds were all broken so the privacy was just not good at all. It made us quite uncomfortable. The linens were very old. The bed cover was so old it had pilling all over it. The towels also had seen better days. These things to replace are not that expensive. Get rid of the falling down blinds, put up black out curtains and buy some new towels and bed covers. No one likes gross old bedspreads. The location was not good. You had to walk down a dusty dirt road with garbage all over, then to paved road with dog poop/pee all over the side walks. Obviously if you are paying for help for the property you can make sure they go out and pick up the garbage, right? There was just no quick way to get to the beach from this property and there was no way for me to know that ahead of time. We get 1 vacation a year because of the costs and had hoped for a lot better. I read a bunch of TripAdvisor's about how great this place was.........sad I wish people would be more honest. Very importantly we reserved this casita on booking.com and had conformation that the total was $790 all in. After getting there though they over charged us by $85.72, not cool. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company as the owner is refusing to refund my money.

This is a lovely place. We met some super nice people and are very grateful for accommodations which met our needs.

Coco Cabanas & casitas is within walking distance to the Malacon, shopping and restaurants.

* As is often the case in Mexico, during peak water usage times there was very little water pressure. * Long term guests staying several months were rude and inconsiderate.

Cute Casitas

Small Casitas decorated with basic furnishings. Walking distance to the Marina for water tours. Staff is very helpful. They were able to arrange laundry off site.

Hot tub was cold.

The staff were always willing to help. The studio suite was adequate but cramped.

The room had the basic necessities provided such as drinking water, ample towels and cheerful decor. The location on the property was good and the little library was a nice touch. Most areas in the room were clean. The sheets were a very good quality.

The room was cramped with little storage for personal belongings. Some area's were not clean such as inside the cupboards and behind the bathroom door. The kitchen was lacking a few essentials like a kettle and paring knives. The pool was ice cold for the time of year.

Great stay in very central but quiet location with very helpful hosts

The location was ideal, central to the town centre, harbour for the boat trips and beach (all about a 5 min walk away), but in a quiet street. What stood out was that the hosts went over and above expecatations in answering our questions and providing assistance.

The shower could perhaps have done with a slightly stronger waterflow but that may have been applicable to most accommodations in Loreto as it is located in a desert.

I wanted a peaceful getaway and this was it.

the cabana had everything I could need or want. quiet time by myself. palm trees offered intermediate sun and shade. the pool though on the small side was wonderful. a relaxing and serine experience. having my own patio was great.

had to walk a bit to a market for groceries and restaurants.

The room was great, quiet, comfortable and spacious. Everyone there was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The pool was fantastic.

Casita was ideal for a five day stay. Short walk to all the restaurants and malencon. kitchenette allowed us to prepare a few meals. Really enjoyed reading on the patio and talking with other visitors.

Internet was too slow making remote work frustrating. A speed test indicated 7 Mb download and 0.5 upload speeds. Telcel also dropped out a lot at the hotel location whereas it seemed to be better in the center of town. Can’t recommend this as a remote work location but it is a great place to relax if you don’t have to work.

Location. Walking distance to town. Great pooll. Room was clean and comfortable.

A little confusion between the owners of the Casitas and the Cabanas. The king bed was actually too large for the room leaving little space for our luggage which we had to put under the dining table.

Spacious cabana with great location

The Cabanas are walking distance to the center of town. It is also close to the malecon. It is very tranquil and extremely quiet at night, even with the window open. The pool area is beautiful. There is a grill available for the guests. There is plenty of coffee available in the cabana. I would definitely stay here again.

I really have no complaints.
