As a warm gesture, each guest receives a complimentary gift basket upon arrival. Explore nearby attractions like downtown center, Winter Park, and Universal Studios, all just minutes away. This property boasts a pool with dual pumps, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a fully functional kitchen. Step into the backyard oasis featuring a resort-style pool with water features, an 8-person hot tub with a swim-up bar, and a breathtaking waterfall effect. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a natural gas grill, ice machine and fridge, is perfect for entertaining. The house is equipped with a tablet to control the pool futures. Pool and Hot Tub: Enjoy unlimited use of the hot tub at no extra charge. If you wish to heat the pool, there is an additional $75 per day fee for heating the entire 24,000-gallon pool to 86 degrees (actual cost of the natural gas). If the air temperature is below 50° the heater can not be turned on. This is because the coils of the heater would freeze. Kindly notify us in advance to ensure it is ready for your arrival. To maintain safety, please use plastic cups on the pool deck to avoid a $1,000 cleaning fee for broken glass. Why the fee? Due to having to drain and professionally clean. Pet-Friendly Policy: Bring your beloved pets along for a delightful stay! We have a few guidelines to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. There is a $25 pet fee per pet for the entire stay. Please keep pets off furniture and beds (a $200 charge applies for any evidence). Regrettably, dangerous breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. Kindly inform us in advance about your pet. If your pet will have access to certain rooms, please remove removable rugs. Clean up after your pets, and avoid them using the artificial turf to maintain a pleasant environment. Natural ground is available in the front and backyard. Thank you! Guests and Extra Guests Policy: Our pricing is based on 1-4 people staying at the home. If your group exceeds 4 people for more than 1 hour, please adjust your guest count accordingly. There is a small fee of $25 per night for each additional guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all. Other Important Information: For security purposes, the front door and backyard area are monitored by exterior cameras. This is to prevent unauthorized parties and maintain the quality of our home. No smoking indoors: $200 cleaning fee for violations. Smoking is permitted outside please discard the buts. Neat house with a ton of extras. I'm not the most techy guy so I enjoyed learning to work all of the different gadgets. Internet was great! Pool, bar and grill area were amazing! And we cannot forget to mention the phenomenal showers and the high-tech Novita toilets. Well done and thanks for allowing us to stay!

We were pretty impressed when we first walked into the house. The view of the pool area from inside is very nice. Unfortunately, the app on the tablet used for controlling the pool area "extras" would never load, even though it was showing connected to the Wi-Fi. Sadly, we didnt get to enjoy the fun ambience that was advertised in the pictures. Also, we were very disappointed when we returned from a day out to see that water from the bar area had been pumped into the pool due to a temporary fix to a water pump problem after it had rained and flooded the bar area. Which was suppose to be corrected properly the next day and did not. The bar area was nice from afar but is very run down with rusted, non - working appliances. The property has great potential. Inside was very clean thank goodness. But we were expecting to enjoy the pool area after a long day at Univeral and could not. Not happy with that part at all after spending what we did for renting the place.

The house needs work. Pool area needs new grill, new ice maker and refrigerator. Water in one shower turned off when second shower was turned on. Lighting flickered when lights were turned on. Cabinets and kitchen refrigerator and bathroom medicine cabinet were filled with leftover items - extra large MiraLax next to Prunelax, etc in the medicine cabinet in master bedroom. We have stayed in a number of VRBO properties this is not one that we would recommend or use again

Smart house embrace the technology. Great place well laid out for indoor and outdoor activity. Really don’t need to go anywhere just enjoy your stay with your guests and the Florida weather. Great location near small retail and restaurants that give you the small town feel.

The house itself was absolutely beautiful. However I wasn't told in my rental agreement that we'd be expected to do pool maintenance. They have a robot that takes several hours to clean the pool. Therefore although we paid for it to be heated, we were unable to use it.

Check-in, property, and communication was great. Spacious inside and out. Plenty of towels and blankets. Even thought we stayed during Hurricane Nicole we were able to take advantage the pool and spa. Lots of love has gone into the outdoor area for entertainment.

We truly enjoyed our stay. They run on the honor system meaning we had snacks, drinks, detergent and other various items readily available. They ask in return to pay it forward if we can so we left some of our own snacks and drinks in return. The pool area was obviously our favorite feature but the house was cozy and comfortable! The huge couch was big enough for us to all lounge on to watch movies after a day in the pool. We didn’t cook while there but if we wanted to, they had everything we needed! It was very quiet in the neighborhood and we saw multiple people going for jogs or walking their pets. We were actually nervous that WE would be the loud ones in the area for once and that’s saying something coming from a small town 😂 Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone looking for a good time!
