the rooms are very nice, big windows.
first of of you stay in a 5 star hotel, and there is not chance to get a glass of wine! what a shame.
restaurant is really awful, and the cafe or lounge or whatever they call it, is a disaster. scary food and i will not comment on the atmosphere.

The staff were super friendly
The location was not close enough to downtown and cost an average of 70 euros return by car and I felt this a rip off as did many other guests.

staff is not really cooperative I had asked them for some thing they will come very late or even sometime ignoring also the hotel reception area is very poor and not enough seats also entrance not really good and no car entrance the dropping area is not safe even as your taxi will be parked in the middle of the street where cars driving gas , bad smell from the near Reasturant

Room was spacious and breakfast was lovely. Location was brilliant in terms of shopping and eating out, just a bit far from town.

location okay, suite is furnished well
- the housekeeping open the door while we are inside with master key and enter to collect garbage, at last she entered the bedroom while I was sitting in the bed ,I cannot see this in any other hotels
- the housekeeping not clean well absolutely
- one of the staff, during check out add 100 Turkish lira more on our bill
- I reserve a king suite, he put a broken extra bed
- no tissue paper I must request
- I have a free transfer to airport, I said we are 5 pax, 6 luggage and a baby stroller , the brought a car for 4 luggage only😒😒
I thought, hotel with 5* has a professional staff more than I saw

The junior suite was small, the hotel is very small, very far, and they charge everything in euros. a lot of hidden pricing.

the tv wasn’t easy to work and needed plugged into laptop or separate fire stick. the only channels I could get were news in different languages.
