Friendly reception from the staff and the location was close to everything

The bathroom door was flimsy and noisy so you couldn't use the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking your partner. Breakfast at the bar was substandard so we only went there the first day, then found our own bars for coffee and a bite to eat

Good location, Federica was a kind person and show us everything regarding La spezia and gave us some hints regarding Cinque terre. thank you!

the breakfast is near the location at a bar, but is not the best. The pillow was not too comfortable.

The beds, mattresses and pillows. The mattress is horrible. I still have a terrible back pain. Also the pillows are too low and soft. Really need to change the mattress and the pillows

The room had windows to the street so a bit noisy. Other guests stepped outside for smoking (great!), but all the fume went right into our room.

Federica was very kind and very easy to communicate with. I wish I had asked for a quiet room. The location was very good, close to the train station and the downtown area.

Our room was very noisy!! The window had to stay open because there is no AC, you could hear everyone coming and going. The entry light was on all night long, and again, we couldn't pull the drapes, the room would get too warm. If you decide to stay here, make sure you get the room farthest away from the entry.

Convenient nearby train station. Good oral information upon arrival and some flyers, town map. Quite clean and safe place. Common kitchen with some utensils and fridge.

Dark room, ground floor, facing the street. Limited service e.g boiler but no coffe, just tea. No staff. Breakfast at cafe some hundred meters away. No blankets and cold at night.
