The apartment was well equipped, there were great views and the owner was incredibly nice and friendly (her and her husband helped with anything we needed). We enjoyed the complementary coffee and teas, and the room felt very spacious! The lighting was also great in the apartment. The shower/bathroom was spacious and clean also. The apartment felt very homey with all of the decorations and personal touches!

There was a tram and bus stop close by (maybe 10-15 mins by walking) but sometimes after a long day walking up the stairs was tiring. However, we got some good exercise in! The stairs were worth the view, however! Also, the owner offered to take us to the train station if we needed help.

Nicely furnished flat with big terrace, excellent bed and good airconditioning. We enjoyed to come back to out cool- aired oasis every day- great city view from the terrace, that goes to the east, so it is very pleasant to sit on it in the afternoon and evenings. The flat has a bathroom with bath tube and extra shower, really nice. Kitchen works for the holidays, even had a washing machine. We had a parking spot on the street right in front of the house. Our hosts were super helpful and very kind. A very nice experience overall- much recommended. Also a great base to explore the rwgiom from there by car or train.

All was fine with the flat. We knew the lovation was a bit further from the center, so it was no problem for us to take the tram (5 -6 stops to center ville) , but be prepared to climb a lot of stairs on the hill to get from the tram/bus the flat with the panoramic city view;) ( unless you take your car to the city , of course) Manouvering the car a bit challenging on the narrow and hilly street.

We really enjoy the stay at the Maison du Lulu. We like the most that we had a lovely view and a little terrace outside. The Maison du Lulu was very clean and with very nice design.

The Maison du Lulu is located on the hill and has a narrow access road. We had a rented car so it was fine for us, you will probably need good drive skills.

All was perfect

It’s a lovely apartment. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. But there are a few things one should know beforehand; it is located on a hill so if you’re not going by car and have mobility problems this is not the apartment for you. I’m quite fit and the stairs to get there were challenging. The good thing about that is that it has an amazing view of the city and the Maritime Alps. Another thing I’d like to point out is that the fridge is a mini fridge like the ones in hotels so if you’re going for 5 nights like we did and want to have your meals there, there is not much space for groceries. Oh and there is no oven either. But they do have laundry machine which was useful for us. Having said that, I’d recommend it cause we had a wonderful time in Nize staying there.

Wifi could work better. Sometimes it was really slow and didn’t work but then it started again. And kitchen utensils could also be better. A small detail I didn’t like is that we stayed 5 nights and they only provided us with one toilet paper and one garbage bag, so se had to buy for ourselves, cause naturally they ran out. Probably they would’ve given us more if I just asked for it but I didn’t want to bother them and I think they should’ve given us more from the start and not put us in the position of asking. Other than that, as I said, everything was very good.
