Very nice

It’s nice location and available parking with a nice and very helpful staff

There were a lot of the building noise, not that loud you for sure can sleep but something I noticed

It was amazing and every time I come there

I’m sorry couldn’t get to the breakfast as I had meetings in the mornings

As much as I always book you for accommodation it’s only one reason,location is very convenient

Nice hotel with lovely staff. Great for a short stay.

The room we had was a good size with excellent shower. The pool area was lovely with nice big beds to relax on however not very many of them so not guaranteed every time. All the staff - especially around the pool & pool bar area were so lovely & friendly & helpful, always checking to make sure we were ok & if we needed anything.

The shuttle bus service that we were told ran between the hotel & the V&A didn’t turn up when we were told it would so quite unreliable. The location - we would have preferred to be closer to V&A.

Excellent

I really enjoyed the professionalism of all the staffs. They were very caring and it’s great to have a free shuttle service to and from the Waterfront. Keep up the good work people.

I think that it would have been great to cater for muslim clients, offering halal dishes would be a plus.

lage des hotels war schlecht , abends konnte man nicht rausgehen, krimminelle lagen rund um das hotel und machten die gegegd unsicher , hotel war keine 5 sterne wert , ausstattung war alt , klimaanlage schlecht , essen war nicht besonders und häufig nicht warm , für etwas anspruchsvolle leute war das nichts

الفندق جميل ونظيف ورائع وفيه سيكيوريتي قوي عند المدخل. والافطار متنوع وموقعه قريب من الووتر فرونت ويمكن مشاهدته من النافذه

النقطه السلبيه قربه من مناطق المتسولون وكثرتهم بالجوار. اعتقد هذا طبيعي في سنتر كيب تاون لكن كثرتهم سببت لي قلق. احذر من المشي خارج الفندق واخذ السياره للتنقل بين الاماكن السياحيه التي فيها امان اكثر

Above average, room for improvement.

I was really concerned over the water in the room. The hotel is a decent sized one and my room was not the cheapest. I was terribly dissatisfied with the water that was placed in a bottle without a seal. This is seriously unhygienic. Bottled water promotes confidence. How do I know of the bottle was washed? How do I know If this is tap water? This needs to change. This was also echoed by another client at the hotel.

Water in an unsealed bottle is disappointing.

My experience is very bad. I will never try again

The time of booking I clearly mentioned classic twin room but when I reached hotel they said I book one king size bed and not ready to accept also they I initially put me to standard bed room and promised to change after some. Which they very long and it was very inconvenience Overall very bad experience I will never book this hotel even I get it for free Breakfast was not upto standard and location was ok

disappointing from start to finish

it was very central and easy to get to our car hire. staff were helpful

there was no internet available during our stay and no offer of any backup, after a 36 journey to cape town this was disappointing. We had a “double bed” room that was 2 singles pushed together, these often came apart during the night. the walls of our room were thin enough that we could hear everything in the surrounding rooms, which again after a long journey was not ideal. the room was dirty and had a musty smell, the tv remote was dirty and hand no cover on the back. very disappointing experience.

Home away from HOME

Everything from the room that I was booked. I appreciate that they went the extra mile to make me feel at home AWAY from home. Had a bottle of wine and dessert in my room.

It was very comfortable

The dinning room staff was on point though, kudos to them for being on the ball

Only problem was the Aircon, either it was on too hot or too cold. I would call reception for various assistance and they took long, if the help ever came.

Some of the linen was new, staff tried as best as they could under the circumstances

Smelt of mold, lifts out of order according to maintenence for 3 months, first night no hot water. Second night spraying deodorant set the alarm off. Waited 20mins one of the mornings for a lift. Lack of parking signage, and to get into parking. I have experienced much better at 3 star establishments. What a shame the hotel quality has gone down. I conferred with a few international guests were also disappointed. Despite having so called control of the aircon, the temp stayed the same.

The location was so perfect for exploring the city.

The location was so perfect for exploring the city. It was a great jumping off point for checking out all of the different areas Cape Town had to offer and easy for Ubers to access. The staff were lovely, the room was clean and spacious and there were a bunch of personal touches that just went above and beyond. It was a really great stay!

Check-in was swift and easy. The room was relatively quiet (bar the dry wall partitioning!). The room was very clean, neat and modern. Everything worked.

Difficult to get hold of switchboard, no direct lines to key departments such as concierge, reception, housekeeping and room service- everything goes via switchboard. Delay in receipt of our drinks when eventually ordered room service - had to contact them twice to place the same order. 2 twin beds were put together to make 1 double bed - uncomfortable in the middle. We requested 1 large bed. Breakfast is not halal, or there was no halal section, neither is room service halal. Restaurant was full at breakfast time - seatings were not well accommodated for the amount of guests at the hotel - no proactive "think out of the box" ideas or solutions from the staff. I assisted by creating more individualised seating areas for groups of families/people by just moving a few tables and chairs - otherwise we would all be sitting right next to each other - probably best to have a host to guide people to seating areas so as to maximise on all the space, or limited space available. The staff and whoever is managing the staff need to do better.
