Location is good, close to the beach and to a shopping mall.

This is a sad story about how two women in the agency decided to lie for 50 euros of reimbursement. When we arrived at the place we realized that there is no water in the apartment. We called to the agency and the assistant of our landlady promised to solve the problem and asked us to wait 15 min until another person would come. After 30 min of waiting, we called them again and the answer was to wait some more time because the person is in the way. She was nice and apologized for the problem. We were waiting but nobody came and we were not able to reach them by phone anymore. Finally, we had to go to the beach to take a shower and to use a public toilet before sleep! The next morning we called to the agency again and the assistant was apologizing a lot and promised that the landlady will come in 40 min and will open the water plug. We did not want to spend the second day of our vacation waiting for them and my boyfriend went directly to the agency. Surprisingly, our landlady was smoking and did not seem to be in a hurry by solving our problem. Moreover, the landlady and her assistant told us that they did not receive any message from us last evening (!) and learned about our problem only now. After my boyfriend’s reply that all the phone calls were recorded the landlady suddenly changed her testimonies and agreed to charge us one day less and repeated her promise when we checked out. When I returned home and checked my bank account I realized that they charged the whole amount. I am currently trying to reach them by phone but you can guess that they do not answer my calls anymore To say more, if you want to rent bed sheets be ready to pay 15 euros for the set and this bed sheets may be made from 100% polyester (looked like a one-off bag for vegetables) as it was for our pillowcases. Also, be careful with all sanitary engineering, it is licking. But most importantly that if you meet any problem nobody will help you and pay your money back!
