We had a small accident with the sofa and we were very pleased with how the owner handled the situation. Within a day everything was fixed!
The noise of the tram next to one bed room is a bit annoying, but I'm sure one gets used to that.

Finding keys is not an easy quest. Especially in the evening.
Too loudly. You can sleep with closed windows only, too much noise from the street.
It was problem for us to find cash for "tourist fee". We didn't expect it as well (no possible to pay by card).
At 11am cleaning staff came. Without warnings.

A little bit far from the center, 35 minutes walk. We didn't mind it, but you can take it under your consideration 😉

Overall it was a nice stay compared to the other options in Bratislava. The one thing that was lacking for us are desks where we could put our laptops on. Otherwise the accommodation had everything as shown in the pictures.
We had muddy water and hot water was not working. It wasn't a problem that the host caused, but it was a problem overall with the building that we were unfortunately not warned about beforehand. We also had ants in the kitchen because the trash from previous renters wasn't cleaned properly.

The location was great, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the living room and balcony was amazing. The location is easily accessed and we loved the location
there is no free parking at the location and pricing for parking on the street is a bit high for a complete day. there is free parking some distance away but its not close.

It's a lovely place with an extremely helpful and friendly owner. The apartment is spacy, clean, well-equipped. You get everything you need. We got very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. Peter was very kind and offered to buy some food for us since stores and restaurants were closed the weekend we arrived in Bratislava. And we got a very nice welcome gift :) So New Year Eve in Bratislava was just great :) Thank you so much!
