Гарні апартаменти з поганим сервісом!!!

Локація, чистота, планування апартаментів.

На 4 дорослі людини видають 1 ковдру 2 спальну та 1 ковдру 1,5 спальну!! Неприємний шок коли за ковдру взяли додаткову плату 150 грн!! Абсурд, який зіпсував враження! Навіть коли було брудне простирадло і ми ввічливо попросила його просто замінити, платню за ковдру все ж таки взяли…

Ужасно !!!Никогда в жизни не обращусь сюда !!!!

Расположение ,близко к центру города

Ужасно холодно и сыро в комнате .По итогу это большая коммунальная квартира ,слышимость ужасает ,слышны даже малейшие движения соседей .Не говоря о том ,когда они купаются или ходят в туалет .Полотенца одни на двоих кроме одного большого .Чайник не работал ,батареи почти на грели ,а от обогревателя который там стоял жутко болела голова .Горячая вода долго стекала ,ванна н на см набиралась полностью ,так как горячей воды на нее не хватало .Это вовсе не квартира а просто комната в огромном помещении .Цена и качество не соответствует от слова совсем !!!Ужасное место .Нам пришлось укрываться своими пледами ,чтоб хоть как-то не замерзнуть по ночам .С окон очень сильно дует ,и на стеклах постоянно стекала вода .Я НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ СНИМАТЬ ЭТО ЖИЛЬЕ ,еще и за такую цену !!!!!!

Comfortable and clean.

The apartment is a little difficult to find, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's very small and at the top of the building, but it was very clean. The staff was accommodating and polite. The only negative (if it is really a negative) is that there is no washing machine for clothes. I lost the key to the apartment, but they had a replacement very quickly and it was a reasonable charge for the replacement. If you are travelling solo I would recommend this place.

Cannot say much good. Normal apartment, normal approval, normal (standard) payment process. Clean room. It was good to be able to checkin earlier than standard checkin time. Nothing unexceptional or excellent.

It's unknown until check-in that you have to pay some safety payment in addition to high price of it. Very hard to find exact location even by given photos and directions. Elevator in the house is not working. High stairs on the way to apartment, so you need to be very agile or strong enough to get up.

Great location, newly refurbished, friendly staff, research the exact location before arrival.

The staff is offsite and very accommodating. I got lost and they had to wait an extra hour to let me in. They let me check out remotely without scheduling an appointment (if you want to do that pay the deposit with a credit card). They speak English very well. The building is older, but the apartments are newly refurbished and clean. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from a metro station, 2 stops on the red line from the main train station. It is not next to any electrical infrastructure facilities, not next to a transportation hub, and not in an area where mostly foreigners stay... so in the current environment I felt safe. There is an inner and outer door, so you sleep behind 2 locked doors with different keys. The immediate neighborhood is beautiful, has a wide variety of shops, and is an easy walk or metro ride from a lot of sites.

Finding the apartment is difficult because the address is not consistently marked in US map applications. Google Maps put me 20 minutes away by car. Apple Maps put me a 5 minute walk away. The location is off a street down an alley / small cul de sac. The owner said there are pictures and directions on Booking.com but I did not find them using my phone. Perhaps add GPS coordinates to the property description in lieu of an address. The site is near the Globus Mall. The Kozatskiy Hotel maps correctly. From there walk uphill / North on the large street (Mykhailivska), and turn right before the top when you see a Japanese restaurant with a large wood deck. Pass a tattoo parlor and the building is on your right. The apartment is on the 5th floor, and is served by a small and old elevator, so if you can't walk up stairs... perhaps you need a hotel with a generator. The stairs are very wide and it easy to carry luggage up and down.

Very good

Great location. Staff is not present at the property, but they are excellent about answering the phone and they spoke perfect English. The place is spotless. Great view. Small free parking lot behind the building, but I usually found a spot. If there are no spots, there's plenty of parking on the street also for free. There's a code for the main door so you can get inside the building, but you need keys for the apartment door and another interior door. Shared laundry.

It's a bit difficult to find though staff gave excellent directions. This isn't just ONE apartment. They manage many properties so you never know which one you can get. Ask for details/photos prior to booking. If you go through Booking.com there's no way to tell which unit you will get.

Great value for money in the center of Kiev.

Great location in Kiev. The bed was also very comfortable.

The flat didn’t look like the pictures on the booking profile. The room was still good.

The bed was extra comfortable, would like to have spent more nights there :) Excellent host and staff.

You should be patient to get the hot water. It takes time and I would have liked to have a warning before getting into shower.

I was not given the room shown in the listing, nothing was even close in style or quality.

I was given a completely different, and far worse room, than was shown in the listing. It then took about a hundred messages to get them to accept that the listing is completely misleading, and finally I got a refund.
