Świetne miejsce na długi i krótki pobyt

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja. Dostęp do parkingu podziemnego - wielki plus. Czysto, ładnie. Fajny wystrój, nie taki bezduszny dzięki miłym dodatkom. Wszystko tak jak należy.

No reception - Check-in with Code

I booked the apartment for a weekend getaway with my mom and sister. We specifically asked if a late night check in is possible. Which was assured not to be a problem. When we arrived there was no key to check in into the apartment and also no staff on side to hand us the key (like it stated in the booking confirmation). Turns out there is no physical reception just a phone number that you can call if there are any problems (but not later than 11 pm). Since we didn’t reach anyone under the phone number and via E-Mail we had to check into another hotel (in the middle of the night). When we tried to reach the hotel the next day (with the help of booking.com) we still couldn’t reach anyone to help us with the check in. When we finally reached someone we were told that there is no key and that we were supposed to check in via code and a key safe. Unfortunately we never got those information. You should be aware of this and make sure to receive a SMS with those information. Be careful because the booking confirmation specifically states that there will be a key at reception. Due to all the drama I asked for a full refund and canceled my reservation after I was told that that wouldn’t be a problem and I would get my money back. Sill haven’t received my money back.

Superb

Location - just in the between Gdańsk and Sopot (quiet area, not much of crowds and hustle&bustle atmosphere), 150 meters from beach entrance and city park. Common area - big enough to make 4 people to feel comfortable, big couch, Terrace with a view on green garden, once the day us suuny, you can find there some shadow. Comfy beds and big, well designed bathrom. In the apartment you can find all you need: microwave, dishwasher, iron, wasching machine. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Staying in INA Rent exceeded our expectations. There was notning we didn't like!

Take hotel even if it's means to pay more, always works.

Location.

There is no personal service available, but you can guess that the sticker on the TV means it is the WiFi password. I tried calling the contact number, but there was no answer, even though they were supposed to be available. I also sent an SMS to the same contact number, asking anything we need to discuss? Also, tried to send sms requesting them to open the parking gate as I was leaving, but still received no response. Luckily, a neighbor was kind enough to open it for me.

Not so great value for the money

easy to get in, clean

no view, you look straight into opposite building windows, busy at certain times due to the arrival of many tourists at the same time, no direct beach access

Good but not super comfortable for long stay (2+ days)

Location itself is good, close to the sea. But apartments are 50/50 - everything is good and pretty new and well done.

In general not really comfortable for day to day living (if stay for more than couple days).

nice apartment in good location

check in experience poor.info is not accurate on website. no reception only security guard. info on check in not received befoe leaving home. waited an hour before got into flat. fridge smelled bad. shower did not drain

Disappointed by lack of communication and the apartment

location

no reception as described by the owner. no response to any communications left standing outside in cold for hours with small kids mattress is one of the worst ones, actually ended up with severe back pain. can’t complain as no one there or responds to messages won’t be booking again. travels be warned

Very good

It was quite a nice apartment with good features, heating and conditions. Well clean and in a good area of Sopot.

A bit confusing the entrance and finding of the place.

You do not know what you get

Zabka store next to apt. new building terrace 24hrs security on place Apt. is close to the beach Scooters next to place some visitors may like big screen TVs, well designed bathrooms

handing over the keys was not easy, at least lady who came within 15 min could say I am sorry ... apt. was ready for 3people not 4 (3 chairs, 3 pillows, 3 coverbeds) we expected different apt from pictures (maybe our fault but I would not take black kitchen and no shower in apt, but bathtub) there are few apartments, have 150+ pictures, but we would prefer to have 10 pictures of the real apartment then getting, you do not know which one you are getting no soap as advertised
