Great location with lovely sea view, halfway between airport and old town and right on promenade so close to the beach tramline, with some restaurants and a concenience shop nearby.

Only 1 Plug socket in kitchen area. A bit dusty/dirty under sofa in lounge area and under beds. There was a loose light fitting in the bedroom. The promenade was still a little noisy from cars into the night, but we did visit during the rugby world cup which could have been the cause. Could have maybe provided a few more essentials such as tea/coffee and a few more toilet rolls.

Location was perfect - short distance from airport and right across the road from the beack

Noise of constant traffic

First and foremost i would like to mention that the location was a 10/10 for us. The hotel apartment has a sea view is spectacular. The apartment was super clean and there were enough bed sheets/bed covers and towels placed. All appliances were very clean and hardly any dust spotted anywhere in the apartment.

However there were few things which were disappointing in the apartment. The bathroom lights could not be switched off which apparently the host knew about and did not get it fixed. That was a major discomfort for us since it was very difficult to sleep in one of the bedrooms with that light. Secondly, the electric stove was not working at all. We wanted to cook but unfortunately we couldn't use it and strangely enough some of the pots and pans were not suitable cookware materials for electric stoves. Thirdly we turned on the TV and it had sound at the beginning but then suddenly the sound was cut off and we tried everything but no luck. Also it was very weird that when we would turn on the TV in the leaving room space, the other TV in the other bedroom would also turn on at the same time. In addition, i would like to add that we had a nice host when it came to response but he/she didn't always respond immediately which that could be improved.

poor quality kitchenware - cups, plates, glasses, cutlery. would also have been nice to have a welcome pack - coffee milk, bread etc

Dodgy door lock on first night but the host came out at midnight to sort it!

sliding doors were not of good quality, TV in living room has volume problem which was not fixed despite I informed the management

The door keys were not easy to use, I think the door lock needs to be replaced.The light mirror in the bathroom was not working and there were no other mirrors in the apartment .

The noise of the traffic was horrendous , it keep me awake so the whole experience was not relaxing, triple glazed windows are needed.

The location is great & the apartment is spotless.

We found a camera in the shower room beside the shower head.
