A célnak tökéletesem megfelelt a szállás, mindennel rendelkezett, amire szükségünk volt.

Egy apró kellemetlenség történt, a második nap a reggelihez bekészített bagett-ból valaki elvitt 1 darabot. Alapból 3 db-nak kellett volna lennie, valamiért csak 2 darabot kaptunk az első nap is, és ebből a 2. nap az egyik eltűnt. Ezt leszámítva minden rendeben volt!

The location wasn’t the best area for how nice the property was.

This property exceeded our expectations, having read others reviews here we had doubts, but were pleased to find the room to be very clean, warm and comfortable. The host has taken special care to include extras (slippers, spare toothbrushes etc.) to make their guests feel at home and comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly useful to prepare breakfast or light meals in the evening. The property was easy to access using a door code which the host provided in advance of our arrival. The host was excellent at keeping in touch, and sent us lots of useful information about local eateries and useful facilities. Overall we had an excellent stay.

We found out after booking from our German friend that the accomodation is located near to the local red light district. This caused us NO PROBLEMS at all, in fact the local area is very quiet and peaceful, but wanted to mention it here as it might not be for everyone, and it's better to find out before booking if that's something you're not comfortable with.

Expected there to be a cleaning service. It was only 2 nights so not a big deal.

Reasonable price, spacious apartment, pretty clean and tidy, hassle-free check-in and out thanks to a number lock, mostly quiet at night. Kitchen with sink, stove, stove hood, microwave, fridge, cutlery - but can't say how it is to actually cook in there, especially with the smoke detector nearby. Some restaurants in reasonable walking distance. 25 minute drive to Messe Essen.

The shower was so bad (ONLY a "rain" faucet under the ceiling, mostly clogged by scale) we mostly washed in the sink instead. Unfortunately no full-height table, just a couch table. Located in a pretty bad and dirty part of town; if alone and without a car this place probably isn't for you - however you need to be a bit lucky to grab a (paid) parting spot nearby. Note: if you have mobility issues, the steep staircase might be a problem.

I would reword rules sticker on the room door,we could see through the door on person sitting on toilet as transparent on the bottom absolutely shocking location, stinky streets with rubbish everywhere and strange looking residents, , . we were worried to leave the building,we wanted to use lodges or garden as it was mentioned in room rules, but not available to use i
