Que no hubiera un contenedor cercano para tirar las basuras.

Wonderful place with very nice hosts. The view is perfect and with the equipment that's available on place there I no way to not enjoy the sojourn.( apart from the weather) I'll recommend it!

As said in others comments, the road is something to take in account, but if prépare for it, there will be no trouble.

Hosts are welcoming, very friendly and easy going. Very responsive and supportive. Location is just awesome, especially for those who like top-class views - it is almost on top of the mountain, surrounded by avocado plantations. Premises are fully equipped, from the kitchen to the BBQ area to the private pool (we also met a small gecko, who was helpful by catching the flies :-D) There's also a small stable with horses, ponys, and friendly dogs (you can contact the hosts for details on horse riding). Nerja is 20 min away with its Balcon de Europa and famous Verano Azul TV-series theme park, including the boat of Chanquete - Dorada. Also, famous Cueva de Nerja cave is nearby, as well as many other attractions.

Shampoo, soap was missing (not a big deal, but still). The road (~4 km serpentine) up the mountain could be challenging for unprepared driver (and car).

Lovely full-equipped wooden house with private pool, barbecue area and amazing terrace with incredible views. In a 10-min ride we were at the most beautiful beach of Nerja (Cala del Cañuelo). Perfect combination: mountains, views and beach! The owner was very careful with all the details. The property also offers horse riding classes and other options such as canoeing :) Can’t wait to go back!
