The breakfast was served promptly and the choices were excellent a real treat to start the day. It was set in a peaceful location and lovely to walk around.

Very welcoming environment. Run by a friendly family everything was nice, the room is massive and has a great nature view.

The jacuzzi was empty and it has an additional price to use it.

The Villa is beautiful and very welcoming. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Loads of space. Smart TV is a bonus. Loads of snacks and refreshments to choose from. Pool is great and it's very private. The view of the mountain is very relaxing.

Difficult to find the Villa itself and a little confusing finding your way around inside. (Not a complaint but a cockrell starts his morning call at around 4am and is like an alarm clock if your a light sleeper but others in my room slept through it no problem 😊)

It was great walk to the beach, all staff were kind, open and friendly. I stayed an extra night and switched room loved room 5.

First night in room 9 other guests were loud till 5am or so, when shared with staff they were kind about it. They do have a dog around which barks a lot and only aware of once I was in room 5, however once mentioned to the staff I was greeted multiple times with apologies and that they looking into getting the dog elsewhere. These two reflections feel like they should not reflect on if someone should stay. I might actually come back as it’s a well located spot but still secluded enough.

The location was built into the side of the hill, only a 15 minute walk into the town. Very leafy exclusive area. Lovely breakfast, served very grandly. They catered well for a vegan. It was not a buffet so there were things I would have liked, but I had vegan cheese, vegan milk, lovely fruity muesli, nice decaff coffee, lots of lovely silverware and great glasses, fresh orange juice. The waiting staff really wanted to help! You got a tiny button to call for service to your table. Very cool. I loved the spacious size of the room. Very airy and white. Plenty more space than I needed and a gorgeous view. This was unfortunately out to some stunning trees which were all being felled, which was a shame and a little noisy, but not the fault of the hotel. The pool was beautiful and lovely loungers in a mature garden. It was very safe and secure and you could contact the staff by whatsapp at any time of the day of night. Very boutique, perhaps ten rooms.

The way round inside the building wasn't well signposted so I kept getting lost! But it was all very pretty with interesting art and books. The cockerels crowing from dawn until early morning and the felling of the beautiful surrounding trees with chainsaws.

Lovely spacious hotel tastefully decorated with interesting furniture and artwork. Spacious suite with access to pool area. The hotel is very clean. Very good service for any requests. Breakfast was delicious with pleasant staff. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Very clean, quiet property offering good value for money

Highly unpractical location without a car. The breakfast staff (while very pleasant) does not speak English, the hot water supply needs upgrading and mosquito nets in the windows would be a welcome plus.

Bedroom was spacious. Breakfast was uniquely served, but good. Very clean.

Spa facilities are not part of the package. Only starts at 10am. Gym is a loose term for what they have, but it’s got a ping pong table and an air hockey table, so that’s entertaining. since it’s a house, you can hear your neighbors.

I highly recommend the hotel. It is the cleanest hotel in Lisbon. The hotel was impeccable and has really good facilities. The bed and pillows are so comfy. I slept so well! The breakfast was delicious! The staff is so friendly and they make sure you are feeling welcome. The location is great. I will definitely come back! The place smells incredible. Fabio was an exceptional host. A very neat and comfortable stay in Estoril. 5 minutes by car.

Breakfast was good. Staff really friendly Rooms and Spa really nice and clean. Pool was nice. Pool table was fun.

Only thing that bothered us was that you hear EVERYTHING. Water in the room next door sounded like trying to sleep next to niagara falls.

It’s a taxi ride to Caiscais but only €6-7 in Uber. Pool was not heated but we expected that and got over it :)

Clean facilities with big rooms and a good breakfast.

Upon arrival we were told that we cannot use the spa since it has to be reserved in advance and cannot be used after 20:30. We were not offered to book it for the next day. - The person doing the check-in and check-out was not very friendly. I got the feeling that they do not treat all guests equally but base their service on how rich they think their guests are. - Upon arrival we were also asked when we would leave again and the person doing the check-in was practically asking us to leave earlier so that they can start their cleaning earlier before the next guests arrive. - Everything smelled like perfume. For people with sensitive skin this may be problematic. - The doors to the rooms leave in light from the hallway. - The breakfast does not have vegan options. - There are not many restaurants close by.

This is a excellent place to stay for holiday, very clean and nice service, the location and breakfast were also perfect. Most importantly, the people are so nice, strongly recommend this place!

What an amazing place - we loved everything! The rooms were spacious and quiet, the breakfast plentiful and beautifully presented, the minibar well stocked and reasonable - we loved the honesty bar in the common area. The highlight for us was the lovely spa which included a sauna and steam room, close to the pool area. Excellent service, beautifully decorated and peaceful location. Thank you!

Nothing - everything was perfect.

The room was very large and comfy... The breakfast was excellent, and plentiful. The pool was great and the gym was well equipped. The large TV room with pool table was great, especially if you have a family. Also a great area near the pool for family chats and I think there was a barbeque if you'd wanted to use it.

We had an issue with the aircon unfortunately the owner wasn't in - however it was resolved the following day and we were compensated without asking which was great customer service. Lots of wardrobe space but no hangers, we were only there 2 nights so it wasn't an issue - Iam sure if you would have asked they would have provided some. It is a walk to the front of Estoril so if you have mobility issues you can drive. We we loved the walk.
