Very welcoming lady always available for anything we needed.
Very nice room with view on Manizales.
We booked a bed in a dorm and we had the whole room for us.

Good location, safe, quiet but near good restaurants and bars. The hotel keep graciela is super kind, she gave us an umbrella to go out at night to avoid the rain and made sure we will get a early breakfast before leaving the hotel.
Overall a good experience.
