The setting of A Sorrento is beyond beautiful. We had the apartment with a huge roof area which served as a balcony to look over onto the coastline. The town, Sant Agata where the bus drops you has some lovely restaurants and ice cream shops. Rosa was so helpful and kind during our stay.

For us, we didn’t know the layout of Sorrento / the surrounding areas too well. We thought this would be walkable to the main area, but it absolutely isn’t. Its not a problem if you’re willing to walk to either of the bus stops, as Rosa shares the bus timetable with you. It’s also very affordable! Means you earn all the pizza and pasta that will be consumed 😍

Me and my mate rented this accommodation out for our stay in Sorrento. when arrived we were absolutely stunned! The views from the accommodation are absolutely incredible!! The owner of the accommodation was also very friendly and helpful with information about restaurants etc to go to nearby!

The only thing that could’ve been better is the distance from the main town of sorrento, but we can’t really complain with the insane views. For anyone thinking of staying here I’d recommend renting out a scooter from Eurocar. It only costs €50 a day and it’s 100% worth it!

The property has an amazing view

First of all, it was very difficult to access the property. We rented a scooter and wouldn’t recommend going there by bus. Also, it is quiet far from the city. The apartment had only really basic equipment (we didn’t even have curtains in the bedroom and also no toilet brush, no towel hangers in the bathroom). The apartment we rented had 2 beds in it, unfortunately only the one without air condition in the room was prepared for us. Also the pool was not clean and ready to use when we arrived. It was promised that someone will take care of that but nothing happened. In general the area outside and also our apartment inside looked unfinished and didn’t make you feel like you want to spend much time there. We didn’t feel like there was made much effort regarding preparing and furnishing the place. All in all, no good value for that price. We were disappointed about the poor equipment.

The veiw was incredible and the apartments were clean and comfortable. We had a great meal and the local restaurant which also has an amazing view. Rosa was helpful and great host who has worked hard to make a great accommodation.

This place is fairly remote and mini vans cannot access the place. However, this is part of its charm and in essence, the region. If you have not driven in Southern Italian cities get a driver.

Very bad service, no pool even though there was a picture of one, no breakfast even though it said it had breakfast.

The view is fantastic

The picture of the garden concerns only one of the apartments. Basic features are missing, such as bedside tables, wardrobes or hoocks for the towles. The bathroom is small and the door just next to the bed. The kitchen is very basic. Getting there by car is an adventour in itself, quite nightmarish if you do not like small roads with wild drivers

Rosa was very kind and thoughtful. The location was ideal, easy to drive the Amalfi coast. Just don’t follow the shortest route of GPS, to reach Rosa’s b&b!

The room is really nice and the view is amazing. Highly recommendable for the sunset. The host is lovely and really helpful

The cleaninliness and the view.

The bathroom didn't have towel handles nor toilet paper holder (so we had to keep them in the room), there was no chair nor a small table (not even at least a bed nightstand) so we could not put anything anywhere but on the floor, there was no air conditioning (although it was mentioned on the website), no umbrella on the terrace (we were boiling), no closet or hangers, not a cup or spoon and the list is long. For 56 Euros a night this did not meet the basic requirements.

Rosa is an excellent host, super nice! :) View is great, room is nice and clean. Great value.

You really have to consider to rent a car or scooteer: climbing up from the bus stop is a challenge, specially after a long day like in Pompei. :) We have spent our time in February: room was cold a bit, using AC for warming - but door has a very sensitive switch (!) so we have learnt only by the second day that door has to be fixed for sure in order to keep the AC working. :) :) :)

The view was magnificent. The owner really nice and helpful. The place is not easy to access, but the room was spacious and clean.
