The place
The renter told me to habe the possibility to wash my clothes. I called him and he said I can so it at the next day. At that day he said It was not possible…
I wouldn’t recommend the apartment to anybody.
First because of the description wasn’t the sane as at booking and second because of his unavailability to tell directly what is the situation.

- Freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter,
- großes, sauberes Zimmer, bequemes großes Bett.
- War gerade alles frisch geputzt.
- Lage direkt in der Innenstadt
- Ein Gemeinschaftbad mit Dusche und WC für 4 (oder 5?) Doppelzimmer ist zu wenig, vor allem, wenn dann noch die WC-Spülung streikt. Das wurde zwar von einem Mitarbeiter erstmal schnell behoben, hielt aber nicht lange,
- Zusätzlich war nachts dann die einzige Rolle Toilettenpapier leer, sodass andere Gäste sich mit Küchenrolle beholfen haben. Leider war dann aber offensichtlich wieder die Spülung ausgefallen :-(. Da hätte ich mir mehr Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter/Betreiber gewünscht (und nicht zu warten, bis jemand klingelt oder anruft), wenn bekannt ist, dass es da anscheinend ein Problem gibt.
- Das Zimmer roch recht intensiv nach einem ziemlich maskulinen Rasierwasser. Bei offenem Fenster war es aber ok. Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht.
- Da, anders als in einem Hotel, niemand wirklich präsent ist, als alleinreisende Frau nicht so angenehm, vor allem wenn den Stimmen im Flur nach zu urteilen, ansonsten gerade nur Männer dort übernachten und die Haustür lange offen ist. Nachts über den Flur zum Gemscheinschaftsbad zu müssen, empfand ich zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben als unangenehm.

Prima Innenstadtlage direkt an der Markthalle, alle Hauptziele gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrmittels zu erreichen, quirliges multikulturelles Umfeld, unkomplizierte Abwicklung beim Einchecken, schönes einfach eingerichtetes Zimmer, rücksichtsvolle Mitbewohner der Wohneinheiten.
Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, doch die Mitbewohner der Wohneinheit haben sich an die Richtlinien gehalten. Für geh-gehändikäpte nicht so geeigntet, da es keinen Fahrstuhl in die obere Etage gibt - Treppensteigen ist also erforderlich.

Schön wäre, wenn das Bad und die Toilette getrennt wären. Denn nur ein Bad / eine Toilette für mehrere Zimmer ist recht wenig.
Auch eine abschließbare Haustür unten wäre besser.

- Einfacher Zugang mit Schlüssel in der Tür
- Gutes WLAN
- Alles sehr sauber
- Das "Doppelbett" war eigentlich quasi zwei einzelne, die in der Nacht auseinander gewandert sind :/ nicht komfortabel
- Die Kissen waren "klumpig"
- Kühlschrank im Zimmer nachts etwas laut

Gute Matratzen, super Lage.
Zu keiner Zeit hat man Personal gesehen. Leider war auch die Vorabkommunikation dürftig. Wir wussten bis zuletzt nicht, in welchem Zimmer wir waren.
Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen.

The location was great, nearby the city center. also the room was spacious.
The toilet was very narrow, there was no extra toilet paper rolls, no towel as well. The kitchen could have more utensils. Also the room could have a wall clock. Also no microwave, no matts on toilet or anywhere. The motion sensored light in the toilet was a pain.

Very friendly staff and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessary things for a family breakfast.

The shared Toilet was not always clean! The water fir the wc is not always available.

Everything was good. Great location, within walking distance of Central station and city center.
Living room and kitchen have heaters, but the floor and bathroom were cold. Entrance door as if it was made of cardboard - no noise and heat insulation. The water in the shower is barely warm. You have to wait a long time for it to warm up.

The apartment is very conveniently located in the city of Kassel. Moving in and getting in touch with the property was easy and the owner was helpful and always reachable when called. The apartment itself was clean, the bed comfortable. Heating worked fine and the bathroom/shower was ok for the price.
There is really not much to put on the "negative" side - so, what follows is complaining on a very high level.
First - since there is an open kitchen in the property, there was a very slight cooking smell throughout the room.
Secondly - the bathroom has a motion sensor activated light ... never seen something like that before and it could happen that suddenly one does stand/sit in the dark ;-)
But as I said - for the price charged these were of no real concern for me.

Only 1 bathroom/toilet for 5 rooms is not enough. The heater in the room was not working properely.

The staff was friendly upon arrival, but I didn't see anyone after that. It was quite casual. The location was good, it was close to the center of the city.
The showerhead was broken, and the bathroom smelt quite bad. It was also not so easy to find as there were no signs anywhere. The room was quite cold and drafty even with the heaters on.

Was a good location closer to the center and that's a great advantage
I got a room an the last floor,
Room ok clean but was really cold the first night as the heating wasn't working and i couldn't call anyone there and was a verry cold room and thinking was more colder then outside 😔
Disappointed about the room and the heating 😕
